First off lets start out by how amazing the product is! on time just as shipping had promised. customer service was easy fast and effective when I called, they handled my questions just as id like. Shipping times are not accurate
Shipping times are not accurate. 8-12 business days as of November 9th and as of today December 9 it still shows unfulfilled and the tracking I was finally given after asking for it hasn't move since November 22.
Customer service is poor. Response time to inquiries is days and not helpful with information.
