I'm very happy with my Infinity Name Necklace. It's a special piece of jewelry with the names of both of my boys. This necklace makes a great gift for any occasion.

I ordered my partner some special bracelets for Father's Day. The initial order arrived in a timely fashion. I did have to contact them due to spelling error but they sent a replacement straight away! The quality of the bracelet was excellent and my partner loves it! This is a big thing as he doesn't wear jewellery but cherishes his gift! Besides a few hiccups, the customer service provided by the same person was excellent and I would highly recommend JoyAmo and their products.

I ordered a mama necklace and my experience with Joyamo went very smoothly from start to finish. I received my jewelry in a timely manner and it looked just like the photos. I had some questions before ordering and customer service had been responsive. They were also quick to respond on social media as well. Overall it was a very good experience.

I LOVE the jewelry and have already received numerous compliments on them! Their prices are extremely reasonable, the items are sized appropriately, and the jewelry wears very well. The gold plated pieces (like the items I ordered) are sterling silver 925 pieces plated with 18K solid gold. By way of this chemical process, the gold-plated pieces have a spectacular shine and finish to them. As is true with any quality piece of jewelry, it's advised that you avoid exposing it to any chemicals---especially those found in cleaning products and certain lotions. However, JoyAmo grants a one-year warranty on all of their sterling silver and 18K gold plated pieces.

Je n'étais pas sûr de l'avoir à temps pour la fête des pères car je l'ai commandé un peu tard. Je l'ai eu quelques jours avant, c'était parfait ! J'ai acheté le collier barre tube pour mon mari, il l'a totalement adoré ! La meilleure chose, c'est qu'il y a les noms de nos fils gravés dessus. sans aucun doute je commanderai à nouveau.

I had a wonderful experience with this brand. They made a mistake in my purchase and they sent me a new item totally free of charge. The quality of both items is very good so far.

I have ordered an item in February and after 3 months, no item and no refund. I was told the item got lost in the post, was shipped from Belgium apparently, and if I want a refund I need to pay 30% for restock. Will come back if I get any money back or not from them.
Re: update from June:
All turned out well in the end. JoyAmo Jewelry offered me a full refund, and they've sent me the product initially ordered for free. Must say that this is a good customer service.

This is my first time I use Joyamo jewelry and it is so easy to use! Ring exactly as portrayed & very nice boxing & presentation!

I ordered from them twice for Christmas and I can't wait for the Mother's Day collection! Every piece of jewelry is perfect, high quality and flawless. Delivery time is a bit long but totally worth the wait.

Most useless company I have ever dealt with, haven't got a $#*!ing clue what's going on with any order or delivery. Cant provide any single bit of info on my delivery. Keep passing me from one email to another, one Instagram page to another. Said it would be here for Xmas and I knew all along it wouldn't be when the phone number just rings, $#*!s replying to my email! How the $#*! this company is still trading and not shut down I don't know?! Basically robbing people! Bunch of frauds and bas tards. Hope you have a $#*! Christmas as you well and truly $#*!ed mine up. $#*!s

I really love my new bracelet. the pearl is so gentle and the combination with my Initial is just PERFECT!
