Reliable
I have been using Joya medical for a number of years! I order the majority of my NDIS consumables from Joya and I’ve never had any problems or issues with them. If there is ever a problem with my order, any delays or the item is out of stock then it will always be communicated via email or phone call with an appropriate solution such as if I’d like to wait for the item, want the recommended substitute, to advise of a substitute, a refund or credit ect.
They are also by far the quickest to ship Items out which is very important when you are relying on items such as Catheters. If needed I like that there is also the option to pick up, staff have always been very friendly and helpful when I’ve done this in the past. The website is also very easy to use.
Joya Medical would be one of the very few suppliers that I’d recommend to anyone who needs medical supplies or equipment. Very reliable, helpful and trustworthy!

I put an order in for some boxes of…
I put an order in for some boxes of optifast for my daughter. They sent most of the order but didn't have the 6 boxes of the mocha ones.
they sent an email on the 30th September saying the mocha was on back order but they said they could send 6 boxes of Vanilla.
i wrote back saying that any flavour would do, BUT not vanilla.
so to my suprise what did they send " vanilla".
Vanilla is no good to me my daughter won't drink it.
this was my email "Any flavour but vanilla would be great please.
When I emailed them that the vanilla would not be any good, they emailled me sying that what I have said . This is their answer "We did dispatch vanilla flavour as per your confirmation.
Please let us know if you want to make order for other flavour."
If they had read my email it says I would have any other flavour but vanilla.

We use Joya for many of our son’s…
We use Joya for many of our son’s medical supplies and they are fast becoming my prefered supplier. Stock accessibility to things that are hard to get is wonderful and they have saved us multiple times of late.
They are friendly and helpful and it’s useful having a late night real person chat to check stock before placing an order.
Items arrive well packed every time, couriers are very diligent on taking photos and ensuring goods safe and they are dispatched and arrive fast
