Jow is my new favorite meal hack! It saves me so much time and money. I love that it will help create a delicious meal plan and one that utilizes ingredients across the menu. Gone are the days of throwing out most of a head of cabbage because I only had one recipe to use it for. I can even add my recipes to the app so I can plan meals for moms' home cooking while still staying within my budget. I love that it automatically creates a grocery list.
