Spent over one month trying to communicate with this company to no avail. All emails ignored. This company is part of the Shiply onboarding process but have been nothing short of dreadful.

Mario was very understanding and helpful with me. If I could give 10 stars I would extremely polite and great customer service.

Faster and clear response to the questions, proactive agent support on call and email. Thank you.

Great job! I don't know where to start! Mario did a wonderful job explaining and guiding me into the On Board process with getting Jove Insurance and connecting me with Shiply. There was a slight hiccup but he managed to communicate with the Platform and get things running smoothly again. Thank you so much!

Last year I took out a goods in transit policy with Jove (as they were a partner of shiply I assumed they could be trusted). This year I no longer needed the insurance so requested it to be cancelled, and not automatically renewed.
I received an email saying that this had been done and no further payment would be taken.
A week later Jove took payment of around £117.
I contacted them again and their reply said my issue would be passed to their billing team.
The same day I got a further reply from them denying that they had taken any money.
It is impossible to actually talk to anyone, and my last emails have been ignored.
Unfortunately I am now having to chase this issue through the fraud dept of my bank.
I would strongly advise anyone looking for insurance to look elsewhere.

This is the first time I needed a business insurance. Jove made it very easy for me to obtain the policy my client requested, on a cancel-any-time, monthly subscription basis.

Confirmed Jove's validity with my client, also the prices seem fair.

My agent, Marco, was incredibly dedicated, very quick replies via email and on the phone, even late in the evening. His effort and patience are admirable.

Despite cancelling our 'Goods in Transit ' insurance 2 years ago ( after only 1 week )Jove are STILL taking money from my bank account?!!! Just been debited £73.94 ..I will be pursuing a refund and will update if successful.

My Agent, Mario showed an excellent knowledge of the products we needed for our Commercial Cargo Van - and the pricing was OUT OF THIS WORLD. My freight broker uses Mario @ Jove, and strongly recommended Mario. After getting this policy quoted, bound up in 15 minutes, with policy in me email all in under 30 min, MARIO IS A SUPERSTAR. And all this was because he saved me about 80% over Progressive and Geico...(fyi - I do NOT work for this company I promise, just a happy new customer!!) Finally, Mario is great, friendly, but PLEASE just use him to save $7000-7500 annually on your commercial ins. policy. Thanks MARIO!!
