Ordered nomination charm which was not in stock in local shop. It came within a week, free postage. Also included was a lovely Christmas gift bag.

I love the wee charm, it's exactly as pictured. The site was easy to navigate with loads of choice. It arrived in a few days well packaged with a lovely gift bag included. I'm really impressed.

Ease of web site to search for item I wanted, quick to check out and pay

This is my go to company for nomination charms nd bracelets. The website is well laid out, the available items are plentiful, check out is simple and straightforward and delivery options perfect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this site to friends, family and colleagues.

Because of the price I paid, I didn't expect it to be so beautifully packaged. Delivery was really quick especially so close to Christmas. Really pleased and will buy again

My order arrived very quick which was really helpful as it’s near to Christmas. It was well packaged and included the opportunity to feedback. My gift has a gift box and gift bag included which makes it look very nice to give to my daughter. I am very happy with my experience. I received a thank you email for my order too.

Item was lost in the post. They refused to refund me for the lost item. Customer service was not sympathetic or understanding. Outright put the blame back on me. Absolutely do not recommend this company! I am out of pocket! And missing a Christmas gift for someone!!!
