I would rate you a 0, as a first-time customer. You lost my package, and there’s no apology or effort to locate it. You simply claim that because I didn't pay extra for neighborhood watch, I can’t make a claim. This seems like a conspiracy and blatant theft. I believe my packages were never actually lost; I think you did it on purpose—stealing customers’ packages to force them to pay more for useless replacements. I'm incredibly disappointed and disgusted with this company.

I have spent thousands with this company since 2014. Recently I bought two shirts that were lost during shipment. They have a checkbox that you can check to pay an extra $15 dollars for Neighborhood Watch in case the package is lost or stolen but I have never had an issue and $15 is not cheap, especially when they charge $20 to ship. Well, this time I wish I would've paid the extra $15 because the package was lost. I understand it's a business and I had the option to pay that fee but I passed. The package was lost and when I called them to see if they could help the guy says "wow, you order a lot from us" then tells me "we are sorry but we can't help". No sympathy at all, me and my three sons will now find another brand to spend our money with, they have lost a customer of over decade for $120. Stupid business practices.

I placed an order and it was lost in route. I filed a claim and they sent me a replacement order. Well, same thing happened. It was lost during delivery. I reached out to Jordan Craig and told them I just wanted a refund. They said they couldn't do anything on their end and wouldn't refund my money. I've never had a problem with them in the past until now. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered my son a pair of distressed denim jeans. I opted for regularly shipping. The jeans arrived within 7 days. The jeans were just as pictured and looked good on.

I have been a client for a while! I don't know why a company with potential, good quality materials with good designer clothes would want to end its credibility in trash/waste! I own multiple pairs of sweat pants from you guys and I love them, I also got some incredibly designed cargo pants from you but my question is; Why Would You Want To Ruin Everything You Have Built & Worked For By Trying To Cheat on A Potential Client who has admired you and kept on buying from you?

I made an order November 20 and now it’s December 25 which is Christmas Day with no package I paid for with my hard earned money. If you don’t pick “Neighborhood Watch” they don’t want to be responsible for giving your money back or replacing the item. But that’s like stealing and keeping customers money. Other companies doesn’t that. They will make sure you are a satisfied buying customer. Jordan Craig only care about making money and making the customer happy. I would recommend no one to buy nothing from this company because once your package come up missing they won’t care and just keep your money Mike they did me.

Keep away from these thieves and don’t ever pay for express delivery because they are just scammers

I will never do business with Jordan Craig again. They sent the wrong size coats, which were meant to be Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. When I tried to return them, I found out that Jordan Craig’s return process is essentially a scam.

Returns are handled by a third party with a strange name, “Neighborhood Watch,” who supposedly decides whether or not you receive a refund. I did not do business with Neighborhood Watch, so it makes no sense that they have the authority to approve or deny my return. This was never clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

Between receiving the wrong items and being forced into a confusing, unfair return process, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company

I’m shocked with this low rating? What you see on Jordan Craig’s website or App is exactly what you get! I bought those coats with the Huge Fur Hoodies and collars and it’s exactly what you get! Not like those pop up ads from fake sites showing similar coats and clothing and when you order you get the complete Opposite! I’ve bought Multiple Jeans as well! They look exactly as pictured and are High Quality! My favorite things to buy are definitely the Jordan Craig Coats! Top Notch!

This company is a complete SCAM!!! Its practically impossible to return items purchased, as they will ONLY offer an exchange at additional cost. Products doesn't match description. Its a complete JOKE. Fellas pls stay away from this scam.

Scammers, I purchased a coat/jeans for a Christmas gift. The set came as a bundle but I received an email stating that the coat was no longer available. So instead of them canceling the entire purchase they chose to break down the refund. I did not order per piece I ordered as a bundle deal. They’re refusing to cancel the entire order. I will dispute the charges with my bank. Never again

The shipping was 6 days (ordered last Friday and received it today, Thursday, which is rapid counting the weekend). The product is phenomenal. I ordered a 2x coat and I should’ve ordered 1x but if I had ordered the 1x I would wish I had the 2x. You know how it is. Anyways, I ordered and then checked these reviews and was kinda baffled at how terrible they are, which is why I am here to report my experience as extremely favorable. I waited two years to buy the El Jefe, and I shouldn’t have waited so long. This the nicest damn coat I ever seen in my life, and I’m 38 years old, buy that ish, for real. 💯

Echoing what others have gone through. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Ordered an item that was slightly too big. When I attempted to return the item they said because I did purchase “protection” on the item there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it. Upon reviewing their returns policy it does state you must purchase protection to return an item, however, on checkout, it only states the BENEFIT of purchasing the protection (free returns) but it does not disclose the return restriction if you do not. There’s also so many other specific details with their return policy that just seems so shady and greedy. Never purchasing from here again.

STAY AWAY!! Clothing did not fit, and they only offered exchange but had to pay a $20 processing fee and shipping. I will NEVER EVER buy from them again.

Poor quality coats and there is no refund with items that still have the tags on them.

Never order from this site .. order a jacket that cost over $250 .never received the jacket and I was told because I didn't spend the extra money for protection it's nothing they can do and that's that.

Regrettably, I find myself in the challenging position of needing a size 5XLT, but the selection available simply does not meet my needs. When I inquired about larger sizes, I was informed that their inventory is limited to a maximum of 3XL, leaving me without any suitable options. It's frustrating to see that options for bigger sizes are scarce.
