British-born Jenny Gliksman and her Peruvian-born husband Poldi spent many years overseas, predominantly in Africa, before establishing their jewellery business in the UK in 1998. With a strong background in jewellery and design from Poldi’s South American roots the company has grown steadily over the years and has a contemporary and eclectic collection of beautiful jewellery with designs to suit all tastes.
In 2002 IMPACT DESIGNER GALLERY was opened in their home base of Wilmslow in Cheshire and with collections of jewellery from other small designers this complements their own brand of JOOLS by Jenny Brown® which is fast becoming a respected name in the high quality fashion jewellery market.
Being a small and flexible company we are always open to requests and commissions from customers and strive to continue supplying an interesting mix of beautiful contemporary jewellery with new collections being added throughout each year.

Brilliant customer service, I had received the wrong size ring - not sure if my mistake or theirs, but within 2 days I received the correct size, included was the envelope postage paid for me to return the other ring. No problems a very easy return without any issues.

My daughter loved her gift.
I bought this as a special present for my daughter and she loved it. Very impressed with how quickly they were delivered and how nicely the earrings were packaged. Free studs was a nice touch too.

The earrings you ordered at the same time had a model picture, but the pendant didn't and we understand this makes it hard to visualise size. That's why we are working to have all items on a model for a real life view of the item. This was a clearance item that we didn't prioritise for a model shot. If you are unhappy with it please return for a refund

Fantastic company
Beautiful, well made jewellery - had a slight colour issue between rose gold earrings/necklace - was sorted out professionally and promptly by Andrew in customer service, who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was delighted with the service - didn't realise old school customer service like this still existed!! Would definitely recommend and will be buying from Jenny Brown again in the future!
