I purchased a Agassi paddle but just after 2 games I noticed its sounding like it has sand inside, i contact joola to get it replaced but they wanted the paddle returned and in new condition for them to honor the warranty. How would someone know a defect if its brand new and shows no defect until you use it at least 1 time. They never fixed the issue and stopped replying. This is not the first incident with joola in another case I received a percesus paddle for Christmas and it started chipping on the face of the paddle, guess what!!! I wasn't covered because the paddle was purchased by my wife at the mall and they can't help us in that case. People DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JOOLA... If there's a problem you will be on your own they WON'T HELP YOU
Poor customer service
I extended my warranty for my Joola Pro IV and was told that “it wasn’t valid” while I got email confirmation from Joola saying I got the 6 month additional extension. Joola customer service denied my claim for a replacement of my absolutely shattered paddle. I find it so funny that I pay $280 for a paddle that doesn’t even last 6 months AND the customer service won’t even honor the warranty that they claim they have… Won’t be purchasing from them again! In my opinion the paddles just simply are not worth the price tag, no durability whatsoever.
Terrible service on way too expensive products
Why am I spending so much money on their pickleball products when the paddles fail after a few months and then when I try to contact customer service for promised warranty they either don’t respond or tell me “it doesn’t meet requirements” without any further info? I also ordered clothes on their website and it took over a month to receive them and also one of the items never came.
Terrible company
Terrible company. Paddles are good for the first week for sure, after that it’s a gamble. And they will never honor the warranty so just pretend you aren’t getting one if you do buy one. Got a 3s for Christmas, the core was crushed within one week, took almost a year to get them to agree to give me a new paddle, and then when I shipped off my paddle they never sent me a new one. This was all months ago

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Joola’s customer service. I purchased a paddle with a 12-month warranty, yet my warranty claim has not been honored.
In addition, I emailed your company regarding this issue and have not received any response.
I also know two other players who own the same paddle. Both have experienced similar problems. One developed dead spots after only six months of play, and the other sold his Perseus paddle within a year because of the same issue I am experiencing with dead spot within the paddle face. Joola is horrible when it comes to customer satisfaction. I wish that I could have left them with "0" stars
Extremely poor customer service…
Extremely poor customer service experience. The agents are unreliable and frequently go back on their word, failing to honor previous commitments. I strongly advise looking into competitors with better service standards.

After 35 hours of using the John Collins 250 dollar paddle the cork inside completely cracked. Waste of money, switched to advanced pro from Manifacturer pkkl only 140 dollas. and no issues, Joola customer service is terrible so I did not bother to get refund.
Super Broken product, Worst Customer Service EVER!!!
Product came completely broken. The cardboard box that it in was completely smashed in on the bottom side where it was hidden when it was dropped off, so I didn’t see it until I was almost completely done putting the table together. When I went to assemble the table top, I realized that something had smashed through the cardboard and completely punctured one side of the table and went through in dented the other side. I contacted them with a full list of 20 pictures of everything that happened. When they finally got back to me, they asked me to send them pictures which like I said I had already done in my intital email. Then they proceeded to not even contact me back at all, ever. Updated: they finally responded after weeks and weeks and then acted like all I wanted was a replacement when I specifically said I wanted a refund and then when I responded again they waited another week and said they don’t do refunds. What a company! I’ve done a chargeback. I tried calling the number as soon as they open, it constantly tells me they don’t have anyone to talk and to try contacting them through email. I’ve called them 15+ times now. I’ve been holding for a half an hour at a time only to have them hang up on me because there’s no one to talk. Worst buy ever! Merry Christmas!
Joola is a very money driven company…
Joola is a very money driven company that has amongst the worst customer support you will find anywhere. Upon doing things wrong and making you wait weeks to correct the issue they will than ask for more money. They are insensitive and tone deaf to their customers' needs and care very little if at all about correcting things in such a way that the consumer feels they are the priority. My best advice would be to find what their selling from other vendors as dealing with them is time-consuming, frustrating, and will lead to a negative outcome for you.

They take your money paddles and then tell you it is out of stock and you wait forever yo get a refund.
No credits or offer of alternative product. They have ZERO customer service.

Do NOT buy from Joola
For a company that brands itself as a “leader” in pickleball and claims to produce the #1 equipment in the sport, Joola’s customer service is shockingly unprofessional. You would expect a company sponsoring top pros to know how to handle something as basic as a return. Instead, the experience has been nothing short of insulting.
After providing all required information—including the order number, proof of purchase, and evidence that I replaced the items with a different size—I was met with pointless delays and completely unnecessary hoops. Their latest demand? Photos of unused items with tags still attached, as though a simple size return requires a forensic investigation.
Calling customer service was even worse. I was told they would “try to connect me with somebody,” only to be dismissed with, “We’re busy, call back later.” That is not customer service. That is avoidance.
For a company of this scale, with the resources and reputation Joola flaunts, this behavior is inexcusable. The disparity between their marketing promises and the actual customer experience is staggering. If this is how they treat customers over a straightforward return, I can only imagine the chaos if something truly serious arises.
I expected better from a brand that claims to set the industry standard. Based on this experience, they don’t even meet the minimum.

Terrible company to honor warranty. They refuse to honor a warranty on a prrseus pickelball paddle because i purchase it in a Mall Store at a Puerto rico establishment and now with the Brand New Agassi Pro is a wild goose chase to at the end have them tell me that after the high cost for the paddle I have to return it and up to 7 days later after receiving it then they can ship me a replacement. What about all of that wate time? No play time waiting on them? How great they treat their clients??? Very disappointing And the damage that the paddle has they said to don't worry about it because it performs good. Really!!!

Awful company to deal with! Avoid them at all costs. Ripped me off! I ordered a racquet while visiting Australia as I have family there. They accused me of fraud since I’m from Canada. They are morons. My billing address is from Canada so they assume it’s fraud.
When I looked at my credit card they actually still charged me. Unprofessional, nasty crooks! They lack in customer service skills. No apology for their wrong doing.
They refunded me $10 less when I looked at the credit card statement. I’m taking this to the BBB!

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Bought the joola Magnus 16mm from an authorized dealer. 3 months later the paddles core went. I tried to claim on the warranty & they said it’s normal, as long as it is not central damage it’s fine. Avoid this product because after 3 months it’s not even worth it & breaks. They charge you over $300 for a paddle. from China & can’t even honor the warranty for a bad paddle. They tell you it is ok, if the inner core is crusty & doesn’t affect play. I find that hard to believe. Be careful your warranty will be void!! Great paddle but does not last long. It will cost you $100 a month to replace it continuously. Bad paddle & price.
Very POOR Shipping/Fulfillment Department
We use Joola pickleball paddles and products. While the quality of the products they sell are quite good, the company itself leaves a lot to be desired. For example, their shipping/fulfillment process is one of the poorest in the industry. My latest order for "in stock" merchandise took close to a week from order date to Joola actually shipping the order. I received a notice from FedEx that a shipping label had been created by Joola but the package was never actually delivered to FedEx. It took an additional 5-days from when they notified me that the shipping label had been created for Joola to actually deliver the package to FedEx. Apparently the order simply sat in their warehouse without follow up for this period. Also, while they offer a telephone number to customer service, they do NOT actually take any calls but rather tell that you call back later. Similar issues with their email solution. While they did eventually respond, they did not actually read the information that was was required (such as order number) on the ticket you have to create.. Thus, you end up having to duplicate your efforts to get a simple reply. I have heard several others complain about the same problems with Joola and even my local merchant said that Joola was very unresponsive and slow in shipping their commercial orders - worse than all the other manufacturers they deal with. Apparently, there is NO urgency at Joola as they continue to take weekends off even when shipping department is so painfully slow and inefficient in fulfilling and shipping merchandise.
Disappointed with Joola India – Perseus Paddles Defective, Warranty Denied
I bought two Joola Perseus 14mm paddles in March 2025 from SCS Sports, Mumbai. Within 3–4 months, both paddles developed a clear defect: core crushed, rattling noise, and inconsistent pop.
Despite registering them for warranty and extended warranty, Joola India refused to replace or repair them, citing model discontinuation which has nothing to do with the clear manufacturing defect. I was forced to buy new paddles from another brand just to keep playing.
I trusted Joola for its quality and service — this experience has been extremely disappointing and unfair. I hope Joola Global looks into this and stands by the brand’s name.
