I ordered a personalised letter cushion. It wasn’t wrapped properly and the fabric had very visible stains on it.
I’d also tried contacting the company twice and both emails are replied to by an artificial intelligence bot.
Do not use this company.

No issues with products. My mother in law was very pleased with her gifts. Only reason for not giving a 5 was the apron looked very crumpled.

However having entered “personalised” details for the plaque TWICE both times the info was ‘lost’. Which was very frustrating!
Not sure why this occurred - eventually sorted.

I received such a lovely, handwritten note with my order explaining what I’d received and the lengths they’d gone to to source my order. Such an amazing touch.
The recipient was amazed by the gift!
The only thing I’d ask to improve on is to get confirmation of dispatch & some sort of tracking, but it arrive quickly so no issues at all.

I’m rating this survey a five star because of the quality of the product. I have purchased six Tilly pig piggy banks and they were a big hit with the parents. It’s a great way to teach this next generation the value of saving money for things you want. We all agreed on that. Plus there adorable. On another note I had a bit of trouble with delivery to the correct addresses but Jonny’s sister promptly resolved the issues and everything went well. I would definitely recommend this company.
