12 months ago, I pre-ordred a instant filmback for a medium format camera - it was supposed ship a couple of months later. Now 12 months later there is still no sight of them shipping anything, and I considder my money lost (€149 + shipping).

The worst of in this, is that Jollylook has been very poor in updating customer, even their website show no updated photos, and we have not for months been told that they are doing the last few things before shipping.

Just an update on the Mamiya ETRS Instax back. It is now nearing the end of August and the Jollylook website is claiming a September estimated shipping date. In other words, the pattern that's developed over the past year is continuing. Jollylook have failed to deliver a single Instax back for any of the cameras they claim to have developed one for. Any inquiry results in the same canned response admitting to poor communication of promising to do better going forward. I also find it interesting that every review over the past year has been 1 star, but they still show a 2.8 rating on Trustpilot.

Same experience as others: month after month the production is delayed, the company never shows nor ship anything, but keep continue to take pre-orders.
It has all characteristics of a scam that last for years. I strongly advise not to buy anything from them till they have proven to be a legitimate and reliable company, which can't be farther than their current situation.

Company claimed to develop Instax-Backs for classic film cameras. Showed what looked like a working prototype across social media platforms. That was Juli 2025, it is now April 2026 and none of the people that fell for it have recieved anything. For quite a while, until ~November, there where E-Mail Updates why there are delays. Since January, they just shift the "probably shipping by" date on their website back by a month every month without further announcement. Asked for refund in February, was told it was processed, asked again, they blamed some payment processor. I doubt I'll see my money again. If this isn't a scam it's laughably mismanaged.
