After 3-4 months higher dosage is now working. Not thrilled with being charged weeks before being sent Dr. Questionnaire and medication. Now medication is unavailable and I was charged almost a month ago. As with anything you order, you should be charged when order ships. Not a great time to ask for a review when you can’t fulfill orders.

Great customer service.

The program has worked really well for me. I have lost over 60 lbs in about 12 months. My sleep apnea has gone from severe to moderate. The appetite suppression really helped me to control my eating and sugar cravings. I rated it 4 because early on customer service was difficult to reach. They have improved significantly.

I couldn't be happier! I've tried everything including weight loss surgery, this has been painless and almost easy. 60 pounds lost so far!
As far as WeightCare, their support is extremely responsive whenever I have a question.

This program worked great for me. Easy and timely evaluation. I was approved within 48 hours and my medication was shipped FedEx the very next day. I experienced some nausea and I was advised this could occur by the physician during my visit. I was on this medication for approximately 4 months and I lost 35 lbs and I continue to maintain my goal weight. I feel as though this medication (reset my metabolism) and brought back my premenopause energy levels. The sugar cravings are gone. I did occasionally take an anti nausea medication and that was called into my local pharmacy for me. I recommend this program to my neighbor as well and she had excellent results. Great program and I highly recommend it!

It has been easy and straight forward to get product and communicate with doctors and billing help is responsive.

Mostly all good. They use a reputable pharmacy, so the medicine is good quality. Customer service is ok, if not a little slow. Occasionally connecting with the doctor for the refill is slower than I'd like.

Overall this medication is a life changer. Been using weightcare for this for over a year.

The only problem with this product is that it's costly to maintain for a long period of time, but it works! I've struggled for years with my weight, trying different diets, and it has been exciting finding something that actually works. I've lost 45 pounds in 9 months! I look and feel great. You can't put a price tag on your health. My newfound confidence is a much welcomed bonus.

WeightCare is priced competitively and customer service is great. There have been a few glitches with my orders over the last 7 months but they were always handled promptly and resolved quickly. I have been able to speak with a "live" customer service rep which is a plus in these days of voicemail and AI!

I thought there would be more contact from a physician, but it is mostly copy/pasted info, not personalized. There aren't any regular check-ins from a provider.

Great experience, the doctors that they partner are very knowledgeable. I have lost a total of 54 lbs since August and am still working with their team to lose a little more weight. I have been very impressed with the ease of service and the cost savings. Have given multiple friends the information for WeightCare if they are looking to start their weightloss journey.

Very easy to get started and to use throughout my time using their products. I was able to lose 20 lbs in 4 months. My husband lost even more in that time. They stayed on top of my orders, and I never had to wait for a refill. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Product does work. No side effects for me except neasua and they give anti neasua meds for that.. DEFINITELY, eating protein first thing helps..I do Greek yogurt for breakfast. Very happy with them!

My experience with WeightCare has been nothing but positive. I’ve been losing weight every week. In a healthy way. The price they offer is one of the best that I found. They provide you with the doctor and the doctor responds to any questions you have within a 24 hour Time window. They also provide you with someone you can ask billing or any other questions that you have. My person is Luke and he has been nothing but awesome and respond in a timely manner. I did have one small billing issue but they fixed it right away. I 100% recommend weight care.
