After being diagnosed with PCOS over three years ago, I felt like my weight was out of control no matter what I did to manage it. After being repeatedly denied by insurance for Wegovey, I signed up for Weightcare and it has been a great decision. I was finally able to start shedding pounds and get my symptoms under control.

I really like this company, customer service is usually great!!! The only problem I have had is with charging my credit card when a shipment hasn't been sent. We get the emails stating we had to enter our weight then our shipment was sent - well I never added my weight - I was sort of on hold and thought that would be fine - well it wasn't my credit card was charged for several months with no shipment sent out because I never added my weight. I never check that credit card because I don't normally use it - until I was looking over all my accounts and saw a huge total on that card and I was shocked. I have asked them to not charge me if an actual shipment isn't sent out - I am not sure if in their system that works that way. Customer service was really great about getting that taken care of - the customer service is always willing to help and do what they need to do. I am ready to start up again - but worried about my credit card getting charged if there isn't a shipment - a little gun shy. But Great product, great price - I have liked being a part of this company except for that one item.

Weight Care has been amazing. I have had so many issues in the past when I have tried to lose weight, but the doctors and prescriptions from Weight Care have helped me tremendously. I appreciate their instructions, care and follow-up.

I have tried everything over the years and would lose then gain and the roller coaster was exhausting! When this medication became available, it was so exciting. But then finding a company that wouldn't just take your money and not support you was harder than I thought. Connecting with the doctor and the refill process is a smooth and quick experience. I love the convenience of not having to go to my doctors office and best of all is not having to pay the extremely high cost to get Wegovy/Ozempic through my local pharmacy.

I just completed 6 months and I’ve had such an easy great experience. I’ve lost 30 pounds since starting. The process is very easy, I get each refill on time, the prescription arrives perfectly packaged with all supplies, and the message system makes it easy to communicate with the provider or customer service. Easy to receive medication, very convenient delivery and service

The first 9 months on Semaglutide did nothing for me. My "Member Success Advocate" was kind enough to listen and empathise with me but never offered any other solutions. I had to do my own research and inquire about switching to Tirzepatide. Then the "doctor" told me I'd have to start all over at the lowest dose of Tirzepatide and work my way up even though I've been at the highest dose of Semaglutide for over 3 months. At that point, I was about to cancel and find a new company because I felt like they were just out to take my money. Finally a nutritionist stepped in and confirmed that I should be able to start at the same dosage when switching and made it happen. I'm finally starting to lose weight! Down 15 pounds total. It's a shame it's taken me a year and a lot of wasted money before getting results but I am happy now. Thank you to myself for being my own advocate (lol) and weighcare for working with me and listening to me throughout the process.

My initial intake was wonderful. The gentleman was kind, supportive, and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Since starting my medication the follow up has been intermittent and not very helpful. I believe I need an increase in my medication dosage because my weight loss has stagnated. There was a dialogue with a gentleman that was helpful, however, no further follow up has occurred.
