Its simple, its 1 price for all doses, they do all the heavy lifting and all I have to do it wait for my delivery. There are responsive. Leonardo always responded within minutes to my emails. I feel hopeful and so glad I found Ezra.

This is the worst company I’ve ever…

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They shipped my Tirzepatide UPS on a Saturday and I received it the following Tuesday. When I opened the package the medicine was excessively hot. The ups driver said it was on his truck all day and they should have sent it next day air not 2 day express. There was nothing on the package stating the med needs to be refrigerated either.
When I contacted Ezra, they stated when the med left the facility, it was fine and it met quality assurance and they can’t do anything about what happens when it’s delivered and if you don’t believe me, you can get online and look on their statement that they they disclaimer. It states that in there as well, and if you make an order and you talk to the doctor, they will automatically deduct $100 from your refund. They do not refund you 100% of your money whether they messed up or not. But in my case, they had no intentions on resolving the issue or making it right nothing.

They took my money

They took my money. They offered an awesome looking deal and I was like yeah I can afford this. I have a wedding my wedding and they started me on a 1.5 mg dose of trisepitidw the typical starting dose is 2.5 mg. I’ve done my research this 1.5 did nothing. They told me it was just my beginning dose and that they were trying to get me adjusted the medicine arrived hot from the pharmacy. they told me that was standard and then it sometimes does, but it’s been tested. Don’t worry about it then so after two weeks I paid for my next dose because I gained 30 pounds I got my second dose, which was slightly higher. It was three which isn’t much more than what I should’ve started at, but it did nothing. I’m still hungry by this time. I’ve gained 6 pounds worst mistake in my life because I’ve wasted weeks on what I thought because they said I should be able to lose weight within 16 weeks and instead I’ve gained weight within the first three weeks so I’ve wasted time and money on nothing. This was probably the biggest ripoff that I’ve ever experienced in my life. I would’ve been OK if they would’ve started me on a normal dose and maybe it was my body but now I think that they screwed me up where I would have to start higher than I should just get anything out of it because of them starting me on the 1.5.

JoinEzra was not upfront at all about…

JoinEzra was not upfront at all about the $65 membership fee. That is after they took my $160 for the meds and then told me that not only could they not refund me....they are also trying to charge me $100 to cancel. Meaning I have to pay their monthly membership fee of $65 until I have $100 to cancel it. Which I don't have.
When I try to call them, the number doesn't work and was hard to find to begin with. The phone number is listed under "Yo Bomb Meals" and says (along with a busy signal) "the number you are trying to reach is not working".

They also were petulant when I emailed with them.

I'm VERY angry. And I'm going to have to seek legal help. Websites, companies should NEVER be allowed to do this to people.

Just started and am having a really…

Just started and am having a really positive experience! It was easy to sign up, meds arrived timely and the customer service has been fantastic! I had a question about pricing and received an answer really quickly, the question/issue was resolved immediately. I’m super happy with everything so far!

I love this company!

I love this company! You can talk to real people, and they are so helpful and knowledgeable! They go above and beyond to help me and support me! I am so grateful for this company and the fabulous people who work there!

I’ve had a generally great experience…

I’ve had a generally great experience with JoinEzra. Their service has been responsive, and overall communication has been smooth and helpful.

The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is due to a pricing issue early on. Before placing my order, I specifically asked whether the price quoted to me was a one-time promotional rate or if it would remain the same. I was told there were no one-time specials and that my monthly cost would stay consistent unless I increased my dosage to a certain dose (not sure if it was over 9 or 11mg). However, after the first month, I was charged a higher price.

I reached out to customer service, and while it took some time to fully resolve, they did eventually correct the issue. They adjusted my monthly rate back to the originally quoted price and initiated a refund for the overcharge.

Aside from this situation, I’ve had no problems with JoinEzra. Now that the pricing has been corrected, I plan to continue using their service.

I have nothing but good things to say…

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The approval process and shipping process was super smooth and I received my meds super fast. I had a little isue but it wasn’t their fault and they went above and beyond to take care of it. I will only be using this company from now on. Extremely happy with them!

So far having good experience

So far having good experience. Medication arrived quickly and in good state. The customer service and the clinicians are reasonably responsive. Personally I don’t expect live instant responses, and so far I haven’t had to wait more than a day for a response. There was also an error in pricing and my first refill was scheduled for price higher than originally advertised. But with a bit of patience, customer support was able to resolve the issue for me.

Super pleased with joinEzra

Super pleased with joinEzra who had a 3 month BPI promotion on reddit for $400. Completed the onboarding, uploaded my current scrip and was approved the same day. Order went to The Pharmacy Hub for fulfillment on a Wednesday. Sunday I had notification that a UPS label was generated, Monday shipping was confirmed and I received Tuesday. 3 - 60mg vials of BPI! The Pharmacy Hub's packaging is excellent!! Comes in a boxed styrofoam cooler with gel-packs that were still mostly solid. Very pleased with joinEzra and fulfillment by The Pharmacy Hub. That said, joinEzra is a subscription model so you must go into your portal and pause/cancel the next shipment of your treatment. Personally, I am not a fan of subscription models, so I canceled.

Placed order on May 25 arrived by May…

Placed order on May 25 arrived by May 28 only got two piles of medication so contacted support and they reviewed very quickly and let me know that the third vile arrives 10 days prior to the last file being empty so the medication does not expire customer service app was efficient and kind I was charged exactly what they said I would be charged and shows I will be charged again in three months, which is what I signed up for

False advertisement

I placed an order for 3 months showed price of 400 but once submitted company charged me 400 + additional 150 stating a computer error. Ask for refund of 150 bc that's not the customer fault the computer made an error company told me they can not refund me my 150 bc both orders was already being shipped

Charged without sending the medicine no one will answer!

They charged my account, but say that they had a problem with my payment and have not shipped the medication. I have reached out multiple times and have gotten no response. When I went back to message AGAIN, they deleted the evidence of me asking what's going on with my payment and prescription. There is no way to actually get ahold of anyone so I think this company is a scam.

Either dis-organized or a scam company

The responses are 100% canned junk with promises of escalations, contacting the right departments, and promises to get everything synchronized so that it runs smoothly and still nothing happens.

In the meantime, they put a hold on your credit card with zero idea of when or if they'll actually finish the process on their side. Beginning to feel a bit like a scam.

Zero stars.
They charged my account before I even finished the medical questionnaire. They claim you won't be charged until after your prescription is approved but they will absolutely put a hold on those funds. No contact number anywhere. No way to.cancel anywhere. Avoid avoid avoid!

That is correct, Caitlin. There is an authorization put on your credit card during the signup process. The card is not charged until you are prescribed by the doctor. You are able to cancel at any time from within your patient portal if you completed enrollment. If you did not complete enrollment, the temporary authorization simply falls off of your credit card. To say there is no way to cancel is untrue.
