My agent was Kelvin Zakeyo. He had great customer service and communicated very well throughout the process. He had the patience to take me through every property and was very helpful in navigating my city of interest. I would 100% recommend using this company, especially Kelvin!

Easy and affordable student housing, and Kelvin Zakeyo who showed me around the place made the whole process so much easier.

Poor experience, regarding my son, as a joint tenant in a student property in Nottingham. Over inflated claims on damages that were already there. Mould in the property was dangerous. Nottingham City council inspected and had issues with unsafe fire doors, but nothing was done to remedy this, despite numerous complaints. No response to documented evidence. Still owe the tenants the deposit bond, not responding to emails

One point of contact and someone who understands how we operate makes the day to day management straightforward.
There were teething problems to start with but probably more to do with the agent broadening their lettings base to include student properties. The student market is very different to professional lets and with the regular dialogue with Rahim he has created a business model which fits our requirements.

Kelvine was excellent in showing the range of rooms in the property! Good energy and had the information at hand.

Ross Gregory and his team have been excellent, thorough and professional in managing my property in Nottingham. As a landlord with a rental property, he assisted me in arranging extensive decorating works. He arranged for quotes from local decorators and thereafter liaised with the decorator, ensuring work started on time. He joined me during visits and was well versed with progress. All in all, he made it a very stress free experience for me, as work progressed to my satisfaction. I could not have asked for more and highly recommend his team. JS and Ross continue to manage and let our property.

I can't recommend this company enough. The whole team has been nothing short of angels. They made a very complex move possible and we as a family will be forever greatful.
From start to finish they have been professional and human at the same time, quite the skill.

I’ve been with them for 2 painful years. They do not have your best interests at heart. Shabby post inspection left me with £300 of repairs, if there is an issue they choose inflated contractors costs for ease, rather the looking for a practical, cost effective option. Need a speedy email response… maybe in 7 days. Never again
