I’ve had a positive experience with John Shepherd’s team. They are very supportive, professional, and easy to communicate with.
Lara and Christina, who have both been helpful are responsive, approachable, and always willing to assist when needed.
Recently, I experienced an issue involving the building management company, and I needed support to resolve it. Lara acted very quickly—on the same day. Their prompt action made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Alex from John Shepherd Birmingham has just met us for a viewing in one of their properties. He was punctual and charming. Extremely respectful not only to ourselves but to the existing tenant who had a small child. An extremely professional young man. Well done Alex. I have been living here for 1.5 years and if there's an issue it is solved quickly. I have spoken to Christina multiple times, and everytime she was straight on it. She's very caring and always ready to help.

Maisy Smith was really helpful when sorting the broken blinds in the property. These were been broken before I moved in and started the tenancy. After becoming my my property manager, Maisy has picked this up and got the blinds replaced quickly. Each step of the process was communicated clearly and I am really happy with the work.

We had a great experience with Alexander Shomari during our house viewings. He was very patient, easy to talk to, informative, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

He has such a friendly manner and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning, both over the phone and in person. He was always happy to answer our questions and made everything feel stress-free and easy throughout the whole process.

Honestly, he is the best agent we have dealt with so far. He is a real asset to the company, and they should be very proud to have him as part of the team.

Lara Soars White has been excellent in dealing with all my enquiries and engaging with my tenant to ensure any issues are dealt with in an effective and efficient manner. Excellent landlord and tenant customer service.

The experience with John Shepherd was standard it’s really what you expect it to be. The thing that did stand out for me was Alex genuinely who managed to help me through start to end and explained everything properly to me. He went out his own way to stay after his shift to show me a property because I wasn’t free no other day and this was so beneficial because I’m moving in a day or 2.

The referencing process was decent. Good Lord did get my checks wrong twice and ended up with me waiting for like 2-3 hours in cue just for them to realise there was a mistake on their side.

Elisha was amazing aswell. She was smooth with everything and managed to get everything to me as soon as possible. Only thing which could be better would’ve been a quicker communication but other than that she was perfect so thank you.

Claire herself was amazing from when she answered the phone. She was able to explain couple queries which I had. So thank you for that

A Council inspection was about to be made. There was a problem that involved the block management. In the past this would have been a lengthy process but Aleemah Aziz was able to have the work actioned and completed before the inspection.
