Very prompt with their response, infact it took less than 5 minutes for Thomson H to get back to my email. Helped me track down the smart dartboard due to a delivery driver error, so I managed to surprise my partner with his gift on the day of his birthday. Thomas was very helpful and friendly, plus he even sent birthday wishes for my partner. Great customer service skills #thelittlethings

I wanted some information on elkmaster tips and Thomas houghton was brilliant, he gave me everything I needed to know and I couldn’t have appreciated this more, from a personal point of view I ended up ordering some upmarket accessories because of his information, it’s a ten out of ten for me , will use them in the future for all my accessories 👍👍👍
