Great site and service

I ordered a cue extension. The Process was simple and the extension arrived well boxed and promptly. I noted that there was an issue and asked to change the extension for a different one. The return and replacement process was simple and handled politely, with courtesy and great customer consideration. The pickup and new delivery were arranged for the next day and everything went swimmingly - well maybe except for the delivery man arriving at 8am (yawn) - lol. I cannot praise John Parrott Sports enough. Excellent Support and Service. Thank you.

Todate 8/1/26 no goods have not been received.
Phoned John Parrot customer service according to them the item was delivered on the 31st at 10.15am by royal mail. {tracking confirmed}
the impression that i got was its been deliverd you aint got it tough.Not good business i would suggest.
UPDATE.
Complaint Resolved item delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail.

Quick delivery and quality product

Cue arrived on time and was well packed to protect it.

Cue is amazing but unfortunately my Tip came off after 2-3 days (No miscues and no aggressive chalking) other than that amazing equipment. Definitely worth it.

I recently purchased a darts stand from here and firstly the item I purchased was significantly cheaper than anywhere else online for the exact same branded item,. It was also free delivery and dispatched quickly. When the item arrived I I set it up and it broke due to faulty manufacturing. I contacted customer service and Tom answered my email quickly and requested images of the broken parts. Once I sent the images over, Tom contacted the manufacturer and discussed it with them and arranged for a brand new one to be sent out to me as replacement. The whole process dealing with John Parrott Sports has been superb. Things happen sometimes which are unavoidable (as in this case) but how it's dealt with gives you a true representation of how a business operates and they were faultless.

Following multiple attempts to get my item delivered, all I received from customer services was how their systems did not allow for them deliver the item safely. I am deeply unhappy and will never trust this company again, full of excuses for their poor service. I asked for a refund, I imagine it will take them weeks to work out how to do that.
