I had the most gracious and pleasant experience with Ms. Allison, customer service representative. Ms. Allison made my online shopping experience an awesome purchase and stress free return process. The merchandise was exactly as described. Unfortunately, due to my very narrow feet, I had to return a pair of shows. The shipping was quick and the return process was great!
