Disappointed that delivery was delayed and birthday present was several days late. This was blamed on Royal Mail but confirmation email matched the order delivery date. When we queried we were told it wasn't late and suggestion was that we had not picked the right delivery option.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I am sorry to hear there was a delay with the courier delivering your parcel. I can see that you have been in touch with customer services, who were arranging a new order to be delivered via a next-day delivery service; however, the original order did turn up before this was processed.
Excellent service
