I worked with John Foy & Associates for my case, and while communication in the beginning was acceptable, it quickly declined. Before I terminated their representation, communication had become almost nonexistent.

After ending the relationship, I spoke with attorney LaQuisha Malachi and explained that my decision was solely due to the lack of follow‑up and no returned calls. She said she would speak with her supervisor and get back to me about what reinstating representation would look like under the condition that communication would be handled properly moving forward.

I was later told they would not take my case back. When I asked for the reason, none was provided. I was only told the decision was made by Duncan Harle, with no explanation.

Overall, my experience was disappointing. Consistent communication is the bare minimum when handling someone’s case, and unfortunately that standard was not met. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

I WISHED I HAD HIRED MORGAN AND MORGAN OR A CRACKHEAD WOULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER REPRESENTATION. THIS ISH CAN'T BE MADE UP. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN LISTEN TO ME. THEIR ACTIONS ARE STALL TACTICS IS TO WEAR YOU DOWN BY KEEPING YOU ON HOLD FOR A YEAR OR MORE TO GET YOU TO SETTLE FOR A LITTLE OF NOTHIN, G BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT MOST LIKELY YOU WILL BE TIRED AND WILL TAKE WHATEVER THEY OFFER. SHOW THEM THAT THE INCOMPETENT ONE IS NOT YOU!!! FILE A CLAIM WITH THE GA BAR ASSOC. AND HIRE A LAWYER TO SUE JOHN FOY AND ASSOCIATES. NEXT TIME DEAL WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIRECTLY TO AVOID PAYING AN UNNESSARY 33 1/3 TO LAWYERS WHO ARE NOT TRULY WORKING FOR IT. I TRUST THIS WILL REGISTER!

I advise anyone seeking legal representation to avoid this law firm. I contacted Jon Foy and Associates in August 2024 after falling in the Publix parking lot. I sustained a broken navicular in my right foot and arthritis due to the injury. The firm stated that the could represent me and the case would be open and shut. My case was passed around to several lower level attorneys and finally settled with Michael Hosea. Michael and his staff are incompetent and lack the ethics of justice, non-malfeasance, and fidelity. Michael, nor his staff return calls or provide updates. The company did not exhaust all legal measures to settle my case with Publix and they deemed it not worthy enough to take to trial. Now the statute of limitations is within four months and no other attorney will take my case. I’m now stuck with chronic arthritis and $16,000 of medical bills. I honesty believe that this law firm should be investigated.

I appreciate the company's thorough, thoughtful and helpful assistance during a difficult period. While the process takes time Sharif made sure my family was taken care of from start to finish. I would refer this company and their staff.

I chose John Foy because of the great reviews but that has not been the case for me. They've changed the legal assistant working my claim 3 times and each time I have to provide repetitive information. I was also tasks by one of them to get copies of my ambulance and doctor's bill. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting on the demand letter while my bills are piling up.

I had a great experience with John Foy & Associates. Attorney Cynthia Craig was very responsive, provided all the information I needed, and took the time to explain the process clearly from start to finish. The team truly lived up to their “Strong Arm” reputation and worked hard to secure a fair settlement on my behalf. I felt informed, supported, and confident throughout the entire process, and I would recommend them to anyone needing strong and professional legal representation.

In four months I never received a phone call from my lawyer, I was notified after four months, they were dropping my case. The change of lawyer handling my case changed, I was never notified. BE WARNED To take the case, they want 38% - The obviously dropping the ball as far as advising me of a change of lawyers is another sign of gross negligence that points a finger directly to mismanagement at the John Foy & Associates law firm. Now after a review of the case, they found it financially not in this law firm’s interest to proceed on my behalf when you have an existing thirty eight percent in the agreement in taking this case. In which the associates must have crunched the numbers was it worth going forward in representing my case. And that even took four months?
