Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. Third year booking with Joe, always the best service and price. Could have easily booked direct with NHS discount but love the peace of mind you get with Joe. Always answers any questions or sorts concerns lightening fast plus always gets you a better deal! This time that being changing dates for a longer stay and better flight times for an amazing price! Joe goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy and with patience, answering my many questions and putting up with my indecisiveness 😂

Just booked for the 2nd time with Jo and Olivia. We found the service impeccable. I was a bit apprehensive the first time being such a control freak but I needed have worried. Outstanding service start to finish and even a welcome letter at reception on our recent stay. We have just booked again but this time a cruise so will do another review after.

Blocked me after I booked with someone…
Blocked me after I booked with someone else! Wouldn’t stop messaging me that he could get it cheaper but gave me a quote of 3 grand plus! So no, stop lying! You couldn’t get it cheaper than I booked it!! Just 2 grand! If you want people to book with you, get cheaper quotes and be KIND!!
Childish behaviour and definitely ugly customer service. If you’re going to run a company like this, customer service shouldn’t be giving bitter!! Accept it and move on like the rest did!n
I Definitely wouldn’t use even just for a quote, only happy if you book with him, book with anyone else, Mr Bitter comes out and be blocks you hahahahha
