Following the site redesign (or at least that's what I'm assuming has happened) the search function is terrible. You can only search your location and then your distance choice jumps from 5 miles to 25 miles - a massive difference if you're looking for something fairly close to home but don't want to be too restrictive. I also get bombarded with jobs in far flung cities because of the hybrid element, that if you untick means you cut out a significant number of potentials.

Highly rate the the very helpful team at Jobs Go Public. I highly recommend. Special thanks to Daniel who always replies to any queries promptly and finds a solution.

Recently contacted the support team regarding a specific technical issue with an application.

The service I received from Dan was truly excellent.

Dan responded extremely quickly after submitting the request through the portal/contact form.

He understood the nature of the request immediately and his first reply contained appropriate and clear remediation actions.

He then continued to offer excellent support as we exchanged emails whilst working through steps to resolve the issue.

Once everything seemed to have been corrected, Dan took the extra step of following up after our initial interaction had finished to make sure that everything was indeed fully resolved and that all agreed changes had been implemented successfully.

I would highly recommend Jobs Go Public based on my experience with them and hope that Dan is recognised internally for the fantastic support he provided.
