Trovit Recensioni

My husband and I found a bunch of properties for oddly low prices. Each "landlord" I contacted wouldn't share any proof of ownership of the property, and wouldn't meet in person. One scammer actually used the same story for two different properties when he texted me. All SEVEN of the properties we found were scammers.

My fiance' and I have been looking for houses to rent for a couple of months now and we came across Trovit about a week ago. We found multiple houses for rent at an extremely odd low price. There was a nice 4 bedroom house for rent for $500 and another 2-storied, 4 bedroom house for rent for $800. There were also several other houses listed for very low prices, but these were the two that stuck out to us. We both agreed that it was way too good to be true, and we were right. There was an option to put in my contact information and have the "landlord" contact me and there was an option for me to call. I called the number listed and it rang a few times before a recording played "the text subscriber you are trying to reach is unavailable". Fake phone number created by a fake landlord. I then decided to take it further and put my contact information in which consisted of my name, email, and phone number. I received a text message the next day from an out-of-state number. I live in Texas and the number was from Kentucky. The person began asking when I could move in and how many people would be moving in and so on and so forth. Well, they then sent me an application to fill out VIA TEXT MESSAGE! When I asked if they would email it to me, they said their email was not working. I never did fill out the "application" but I played along with this person for THREE days. Every day they would tell me something different, contradicting the information that they gave me the day before, but it never failed that every day it all came down to when I could send them money. This occurred with the other property as well. Also, every property that ended up being "too good to be true" was posted by the Trovit website, not a 3rd party company.

I have received the same generated email on 7 different properties, all they do is change the names of their families and where they are located. No one could provide me a proof of ownership of the homes being offered. Terrible scam, send them NO money.

A rental listing I placed on Zillow was stolen and used in a scam to collect the first month rent and deposit. I alerted Trovit several times, and never got a response and they wouldn't remove the listing.

This website is a scam, all ads are people trying to scam you I have reported my house being listed by a scam artist multiple times. When I finally get it removed, the scam artist puts it up again. IF YOU USE THIS SITE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I keep reporting the fraudulent ad and now they have suspended my account so that I can not report it.

Requested job alerts and now really regret having done this.I no longer want to receive alerts and despite clicking the unsubscribe link every time i receive an alert this is ignored and i am inundated with unwanted alerts on a daily basis and its not one alert its over 10 a day
I am really fed up with this and wish i had never heard of trovit, when someond wishes to unsubscribe from receiving alerts their wishes should be respected i should not have to be inundated with unwanted alerts on a daily basis!!!
UPDATE=======alerts appear to have stopped now

I live in Manchester and like many, was recently made redundant (I was a steel worker). The truth was that i didn´t want to go back into steel as I had, quite frankly, had enough. I did some searching around the internet to see what else i could do and found Trovit. At first I put in just Manchester to see what comes up. It had thousands of jobs so I started looking for things that interested me. Eventually I found one for a trainee chef...applied for it...got the interview and am now waiting to hear back. If I don´t get this job I´ll just go back and look for more as there were loads! Trovit helped me a lot and I will use it in the future I´m sure (hopefully not the near future) although you can also look for cars and property. Great! 10/10
