My experience with consultant Kate has been extremely disappointing, primarily due to a persistent and severe lack of communication.
I have received no proactive updates regarding my application or job search process. The only time I receive information is when I initiate contact and chase for updates myself. This constant need to follow up has forced me to expend significant and unnecessary time and effort from my own schedule.
A core function of a professional job consultancy is to maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates. Kate's approach falls far short of this standard, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. The entire process has felt like a "wind-up" rather than a genuine service.
I strongly recommend that the consultancy address this issue, as the lack of timely information and follow-through from this consultant is detrimental to the candidate experience.
