The customer service representative Patrick Forrest was very helpful, informative & shows a great degree of patience while assisting me to update my JN Online Account. The requirements to open an account and the communication between departments are very poor! I find it a bit backwards that we cant open an account get a card to that account in the same place. To actually have to take a flight and then stand in a bank in Jamaica for what feels likes two weeks is incredibly frustrating and backwards. There must be a simpler way for making these transition easy for bough staff and customers. I am sure money isn’t the problem. If you are looking for a more robust system you must include in this development something that is customer user friendly. This will prevent anger, renal abuse and incompetency. I don’t want to suggest the bank system in other country as I do understand every environment and country is different but we must look to grow and with the times please.

My experience over the years using the online app has been good I have experience a few hiccups but I can say it was solved in the best way it could the only thing I think needs to improve is if the customer experience any obstacles whilst trying to use the app and when trying to contact the office direct ie Brixton. The telephone number given both are not either in service nobody is answering I my self has to contact Patrick which hasn't always been easy
