James and his team have just finished work of a complete refit on our two bathrooms. The communication with James was excellent from start to finish. Every single member of his team was professional, reliable, respectful, thoughtful, very skilled and they completed each task to the highest standard. Their attention to detail was outstanding and we really appreciated them (especially Matt) helping us along the way with each decision. Nothing was ever a hassle or inconvenience. We will have no hesitation in using them time after time and we highly recommend their services. We are absolutely delighted with their work and our new bathrooms. Thanks guys!

We recently had our family bathroom refitted by James and his team. The work was done to a very high standard James, Matt, Ryan, Adam and Julian were all very respectful and hard working, working long days when needed. James was a great help when we weren’t too sure what we were going to have in the way of fitments, flooring etc and helped us to make the right decisions. We would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for other things we need doing.
They tidied up at the end of each day and you wouldn’t have known they had been there. We highly recommend using J L Wellington Property Services. The whole team work to a high standard. Fantastic work!!

James and his team helped us with a bathroom refurb and radiator replacement. From start until finish everyone was friendly, professional, tidy and above all else, did an excellent job. The attention to detail in order to make the end product the best possible is what sets them apart.

I was so impressed with the work carried out to replace the boiler and radiators as well as installation of a new shower at my property in Ash. The work required was extensive and I was expecting quite a lot of disruption but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and cleanly the job was completed. The team worked very hard, arrived on time and were extremely organised. Thanks to James, Matt, Adam, Julian and Ryan for a very professional job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Carlsberg don't do plumbers, but if they did......
We found James via Luke Bredwood who did our kitchen, he plumbed in our new sink, installed a water softener and fitted the gas hob. When we turned the heating back on a few weeks later the ancient system was playing up, a quick SOS to James and himself and Matt were back like a shot to fix it, we then decided on new radiators and they very kindly fitted us in at short notice to replace them all. I wouldn't use anyone else for plumbing work and will happily recommend them to anyone who asks, do you know a good plumber. Well as it happens, I know an excellent company.

I have now used James twice for works on my home. The first was in late 2019 when James and his team completed the plumbing works during a significant extension and refurbishment of our 200 year old cottage. More recently James and members of his team made changes to my heating system, cellar heating and utility area. All works have been carried out to an excellent standard and in a timely manner, I would highly recommend James and his team !

James is an incredible craftsman. Very meticulous in his work. He did the mega flow boiler and central heating for our 4 Bed detached house. He is extremely reliable and very skilled. He finished the job on time and left the place spotless. He is very polite and easy to talk to.

Have used services on several occasions including full bathroom refit, central heating maintenance, conversion from vented to unvented cylinder, boiler servicing and emergency repairs.
Always on time and reliable, property left tidy at the end of the day and clean when finished.
Attention to detail is excellent and offers good advice on any observations without being pushy in any way whatsoever.
Would definitely use again.

James was very professional whilst undertaking Some work for me. Arrived on time and kept me up to date with progress at regular intervals. James provided me excellent customer service whilst completing the job to a brilliant standard. Would recommend.

I'm not normally one to write reviews, but on this occasion I'm more than happy to recommend James and his team.
We have been using their services on a couple of projects for well over 4 years now, including being our personal heating engineer at home and we cannot fault them.
We've had a wide variety of services from them, from new boiler installs to bathroom refit. Their attention to detail is spot on and workmanship is brilliant. They are a friendly, fun, down to earth team and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I am moving so needed a few jobs done around house. I had a boiler service. A stink pipe erected and a brick cupboard built around gas meter.
All works carried out efficiently and professionally .

I've also had a boiler fitted by them a year ago , and other plumbing jobs.

I've used this company for a couple of years now and always get thinks fixed quickly and reasonably priced too.

I recommend this company highly, also a happy bunch of guys working for Mr . Wellington.
Pleasure having them around.

I've been in the building buisness long enough to know exceptional tradesmen, good tradesmen and average. James and his team come into the exceptional bracket. There work is top quality and there work ethic matches it. Great bunch of lads I will use no one else.

James and team plumbed our extension, making temporary runs whilst boilers were moved keeping us warm and with hot water in the winter. Very, very tidy and professional work. Attention to detail on the final product was spot on and dealt with the small changes needed as the build came together. Nothing was too much trouble. Trustworthy team.

James was recommend to me through a friend as he renovated her bathroom and did the most amazing job. I wanted something similar done to my en-suite but didn’t know where to start in terms of design and picking tiles, as have no experience in this field. James helped me with all of this and designed / built my dream en suite which I was incredibly grateful for as he went above and beyond. James and his team arrived on time, are very polite and were very kind and patient towards my children, my 2 year old kept trying to “help” them. They are also immaculate and always cleaning after themselves, one even offered to hoover. I can not thank James and his team enough. I am looking forward to having more work done with them in the future. They were a pleasure to have in my home.

Very quick to reply. Brilliant references. It’s hard to find a trades person with an eye for detail, no corner cutting and honest opinion on what can be done.
No job to small but most of all a TIDY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

I have used James and his team several times for various jobs. Last week I had a leak and despite James and his team being extremely busy, he sent one of his team straight out. James and his team are always on time, reasonably priced, professional and efficient. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and would never go anywhere else. Really excellent and reliable customer service.
