I purchased a dress from the sample sale that was final sale and unfortunately when it arrived, the shoulder had damage. I emailed Jlux and I am truly SHOCKED by how quickly they responded to resolve the issue. Not only did they quickly address the problem & apologize but they expedited a new one directly out to me. I will be shopping with them again and again and HIGHLY recommend it. Their clothes are such wonderful quality & their customer service is elite!

I’ve been a big fan of JLUXLABEL since the very beginning, back when it was still a bit of a hidden gem in the fashion world. This brand has truly elevated my wardrobe and boosted my confidence! Their sets are just amazing in terms of quality and fit. If you're looking to step up your fashion game, this is definitely the brand to check out!

That said, I've noticed a few changes in quality lately that I can't overlook. I've ended up with items that have loose threads, buttons that didn’t quite hit the mark, and fabric that’s more prone to tearing than before. I’ve even had to take some pieces to a tailor to get them looking just right, which is a bit of a bummer.

On the upside, their customer service is fantastic! When I reached out about these issues, the team was super professional and really friendly, quickly acknowledging my concerns, and I truly appreciated that.

One last thing I’d love to see is a return to selling sets as complete units instead of separates. I totally understand that as a brand grows, prices may go up, but keeping the sets together would be a huge win for us long-time fans. The unique styles and great sales are what keep me coming back, but I really hope to see that original attention to detail make a comeback!"
