Warm and clean again!
We had a new boiler installed by Scott and his colleague. He was a superstar!! Everything was completed in good time in a very professional yet friendly manner. I also have to send thanks to Kerry, who organised our job as soon as she possibly could, knowing that we were without any hot water or heating. I cannot thank JLN enough for the great job.

Boiler pump replaced by Craig this…
Boiler pump replaced by Craig this morning. He's very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. So grateful for his efforts. Would not hesitate to contact JLN again, or recommend the company.
Also leaking tap repaired by George a few days ago, who was equally helpful and skilled.
Admin staff also knowledgeable and helpful when discussing problem and arranging visits.

Had gas and fire service done
Had gas and fire service done. I also needed some advice on central heating issues. Craig was super helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledge!
I really appreciate a kind tradesperson and someone who cracks on with their job.

Super Service!
The engineer, Craig Tonks, was superb - prompt, cheerful, friendly and energetic. He explained the issues he found and was quick with his work.
Faye in the office is super-efficient and friendly. Appointments were booked instantly.

Office staff were friendly and helpful. My request was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Although I had technical problems with my invoice the office were pleasant and went out of their way to assist me. Great service all round.
