Extremely efficient service. Arranged my booking at short notice. Engineers are very friendly and polite. Notification of when the engineer is on the way is really helpful. Engineers leave the work area clean and tidy and explain what they have done.

James Lacey of JLN Plumbing came around my house to carry out a survey to install a heat pump. Unfortunately, there wasn't a suitable place to cite a pump on my property and rather than to put the pump in a unsightly place James was honest enough to inform me not to install the pump even though this meant him losing business. I admire James's honesty and professionism and would use him in any future plumbing work.

The engineers who installed were very efficient, very knowledgeable and very neat and made a superb job

Came very quickly to resolve a radiator leak + rebalanced the system. Very helpful, polite and honest.

JLN have completed a complex project involving a cascade heat pump system and comprehensive set of repiping and radiator changes. This was a major project coming at significant cost and my expectations were high. The team at JLN have been excellent in meeting those expectations.

I was very impressed with the scoping of the project by Jim including the initial survey and dealing with my many questions and adjustments until we arrived at a solution which I was happy with. The quote was in line with other installers I approached, though I felt Jim had the best understanding of the project and that is why I went with JLN.

The installation took over two weeks and was largely completed by Scott, Connor & Josh who were also excellent, making good progress with the changes while keeping me up to date with any questions or problems. They were easy to have in the house and happily worked round our schedule if needed which was very welcome with a toddler to look after.

After the project completion the heat pumps have worked brilliantly and are keeping the house warm while running efficiently. The team were quick to sort out a few teething issues and the support has been excellent while getting to grips with a new style of heating system.

I would happily recommend JLN to anyone for similar works and they will be my go-to for any future maintenance and changes.

You are kept well informed with confirmation of date, name of engineer and when they are on their way to you. Staff are very friendly and helpful and leave everything clean and tidy before they leave.

STOP your searching. If you are looking for a honest, professional and reasonably priced heating specialist then JLN is the only team you need. They have just finished installing a complete central heating system in our new home. From the start you get professionalism and transparency. Jim, Scott and their whole team are top of their game. They take the time to go through what you are looking for, explain the best systems for you and why. They are incredibly knowledgeable in their field. We have moved several times throughout the years and have used several different heating specialists, but these guys are on another level. If you are looking for reliable, honest and knowledgeable team, then these guys are your men. For such a high standard of service you expect to pay high prices, but their pricing was also incredibly competitive and reasonable. We can definitely vouch from experience that they really do offer a premier service , as advertised. Thank you so much guys, will recommend you to everyone we know! It’s a 10/10 from us !

Guy was lovely, arrived well within the time estimate, left my home spotless and was a reasonable price. Have used these guys for a while and never had any problems. I can definately recommend them :)

I cannot recommend this business enough, superb communication from Faye, unprecedented expertise from Scott whom both sorted our new Vaillant air source system & trained me also. Professional, greatly appreciated to sort our new system - credit to JLN Plumbing, I must stress that’s it’s refreshing to receive proper tradesman whom are qualified to do what they say. A+++++

Jln plumbing were excellent from start to finish. Came out to give a quote in emailed me the full quote within 24hrs, no pressure to accept and gave ten days to compare others etc. They were competitively priced and had availability within a week to complete the job. Great communication and gave me a 5 hour slot for the day. Text the morning and an hour before to let me know they were coming. Did a fantastic job, very professional, tested the system and cleaned everything before they went. Cannot recommend enough. A big thanks from a nice warm household!
