Once again thanks to JLN plumbing, for a great job on my second boiler service, as always on time and very clean, thank you.

End‑to‑end great service from start to finish on our replacement bathroom project. Tom and the team did a fantastic job – the standard of workmanship and professional finish were excellent. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and there was real attention to detail to ensure the final build was exactly right. Left everything clean and tidy. Would happily recommend.

Initially, although we were offered to do the job, even came to make pricing assessment initially in the end we received the emailed "confirmation letter" surprisingly they were not interested because... 1) they don't operate in our area. which was NOT true, because they were spotted during the job on the near by road, and 2) the job is... to small. Why they had not inform us during the home visit, and what for they did estimation?

No hesitation recommending JLN. Easy booking and the engineer arrived on time and respected my property.
Took time to explain what I thought was a problem but turns out not to be. Boiler service carried out thoroughly and also very reasonably priced.

Very good quality work. Well organised from the point of coming to give quote and then ongoing communication. Plumber was very polite and neat when working. Very pleased with the result.

There seem to be so few heat pump specialists in our area the Midlands. We were recommended to JLN Plumbing & Heating by Mars and have been very impressed by all aspects of the process from the initial Heat Loss Survey carried out by Scott to the installation itself all went smoothly. We found that JLN use best practice in every area that we have read about Heat Pumps. We now have a warm home with plenty of hot water and no Buffer Tank even though we had microbore ! Well done JLN.

Friendly and quick service

JNL installed our 7kwh Vaillant heat pump in March 2026. They did a superb job and were very tidy. It was completed 1 day ahead of our 6 expected completion. They really know their stuff and were able to answer all my questions. They went out of their way to solve any problems that occurred during the install. I’m very happy with the results

Excellent workmanship carried out by engineer John Nicholls and apprentice. Area was left clean tidy after works were completed. Work that was to be undertaken was explained before starting, explanation of how things worked was also carried out. Would highly recommend this company to carry out any works. Thank you

Booked for a regular boiler service on a boiler that has lost pressure occasionally this year. Issue identified to be followed up and service carried out.

JLN have been a trusted supplier to my home for nearly a decade. They’ve fitted bathrooms, sorted annual boiler services, managed a whole load of adhoc plumbing requests, as well as fitting my air conditioning system and servicing it.

I’m now at a point where I’m starting to learn the team’s first names. They’re always chatty, friendly and helpful. They’re also quick and responsible when some things (rarely) don’t go quite right. Which has only ever happened once in 10 years.

They’re a great bunch and I’d recommend them to anyone.
