Bought via Amazon, I purchased the IC 350 bike mid June, by the end of October it’s already had both pedals replaced! I’d read reviews whilst researching that many had experienced issues with pedals (mostly due to cross-threading) but I thought as long as I assemble correctly, they’ll be fine. I assembled very carefully, following the instructions to the letter. Assembly was relatively easy - aside of the pedals!
By the 14th July the first pedal needed replacing!!
To be fair, the help of JLL was good and speedy. They sent a replacement pedal & also the required crank tool to remove the pedal (& handlebar sleeve as that was damaged, though that never arrived as the package was open). The new pedal was pre-assembled with the crank arm & nut already in place securing the pedal to the crank. In my opinion this is how the pedals should be sent out in the first place & I can’t believe that’s not been suggested before with the number of issues they have. However, despite that, removing the existing pedal requires the world’s strongest person - the video to remove & replace the pedal is deceiving, to say the least!! It took 2 of us & it was still extremely difficult.
Mid October the other pedal started causing me problems & needed replacing. Again, JLL sent a replacement but this time the pedal & crank were not assembled & there was no nut. Eventually (& I mean, eventually) assembled the new crank & arm but getting the old crank arm off was unbelievable! With.THREE.People!!!! I would’ve given up but one of us wouldn’t let it beat us/him. However, as there was no new nut provided, we had to use the old one which we just couldn’t get on properly. A few days later, I’ve got it on but not properly.
My expectation is the bike will be unusable by the end of the year, which means it will have lasted less than 6 months (with about 4 weeks of that being out of action) - making it a very expensive buy!!
If it wasn’t for the pedal ‘issues’ the bike would be ok. The resistance is pretty poor; ok for a very beginner but not enough beyond that, in my opinion. The bike is sturdy & quiet. I don’t use the ‘monitor’ so I can’t comment on that. A holder for a screen (phone or tablet) would be helpful. Some reviews grumble about the drinks holder but it’s fine for a normal size bottle.
It’s important to note the bike wasn’t used excessively (2-3 times a week) by someone nowhere near the max weight.
I would strongly suggest not buying this IC350 bike.

I studied a lot of reviews before choosing JLL Ventus3 rowing machine. The JLL Ventus3 reviewed well and I am happy to advise I agree with all the positive reviews.
I was impressed with how quickly the machine was delivered. The assembly instructions were simple and detailed enough to aid construction. One or two pieces were a little fiddly but ultimately the whole machine went together well. No threads were crossed and the assembled machine gave me confidence that it was well constructed. I am very impressed with just how solid and robust the machine is, especially for this price. Everything worked well from first use.
I had a minor issue with the sensor/ monitor but believe this was almost entirely operator error. I contacted JLL for support who were excellent, responding quickly with helpful advice.
In summary, I am very pleased with the piece of kit. It feels very robust and excellent value for money. If I buy any more keep fit equipment I will make JLL my first visit.

Great communications and help fixing complex issues to do with a cross trainer I purchased in 2021. Very professional, engaged and knowledgeable staff. Excellent experience all round. And the cross trainer has been really good value for money. Bought during Covid, and has been used every day for four years.

Rower I purchased the Ventus 3 was never that great the mag fly wheel broke after not many meters usage and I was told they could not supply a replacement even if I paid for it so had to throw it in the bin ! Poor

I have the IC400 Elite Indoor Cycle Exercise Bike - 20kg Flywheel for 8 months now.

Sturdy bike and easy to assemble, occasionally creaks, but WD-40 works well.
Friction pad resistance is not perfect, but this is okay for me as I am monitoring my effort through the BPM/calorie readings of my watch.
Unfortunately rust develops on all silver-finish components quite quickly, even after wiping clean.

Update 05/10/2025: Creaking has intensified and WD-40 has no effect. All components with a silver finish are now rusty.

I was seeking a dedicated fitness cycle due to increasing mobility issues which makes my oexisting training equipment unsuitable. I went to the JLL centre and had a friendly reception and shown around various equipment. I tried these and was given the time to make adjustments until I found one that fitted me correctly. Impressed with the staff and the showroom - much better than ordering blind something off the Net. Ordering was straightforward and it took a few days to arrive. Item was well packed and heavy but the deliverer took it into my exercise space for me. Assembly was straightforward and the bike is of decent quality at that price level. Only modification so far is a more comfortable set of pedals. No immediate issues but obviously early days to realistically judge reliability. Overall, I recommend them.

Excellent water rower well worth the price .

JLL have fantastic quality products at the best prices and very fast delivery. They keep you fully updated with delivery timetable.

We only needed a small replacement part but the service was great. Details/picture sent for us to confirm the required part with costs and on ordering delivery was very quick.

Good choice of equipment at competitive prices. Would have given 5 stars but delivery took longer than indicated (11 days).

Bike is well made, stable & sturdy. Action is very smooth & quiet. Easy to assemble (YouTube). Seat is very uncomfortable, bought a ‘comfort’ seat from JLL which is tolerable rather than comfortable. Attractive price. Overall very pleased.

This rowing machine is the second piece of equipment I have purchased from JLL having previously bought an exercise bike. They are both excellent quality and the whole family are very pleased with them. The rower was delivered in less than a week, and we live in the Scottish isles so quite a surprise to receive it so quickly. There was a bolt missing from the stabiliser which Lauren sent to us immediately I requested it. Both pieces of equipment are well made, comfortable and quiet in use. I would highly recommend JLL, we are now looking at the treadmills.

I bought a refurbished treadmill which came with broken plastic pieces and one bend metal one- these broken pieces wasn't on the description. refurbished item means that the machine will have cosmetic damage as scratches- not broken pieces. Moreover, these broken pieces wasn't in the description on the website.

I requested a refund since they want to send me all these pieces, and replace it myself.. which is not right. Why I would replace broken pieces of a machine who recently was "inspected" and it should be alright in the first place? I didnt pay half of the price (compared of a new one) to replace pieces myself and I dont trust if they actually inspection the machine -Under they policies and UK law, these broken pieces wasnt describe it in the post; so, I requested a refund and to return it, after that was requested... everything was hell.

The collection is kerbside, which means it has to be in the public place when the driver arrives. On top of that, the driver needs to strapped the machine to the wooden crate which they didnt say it to the driver company, and the first attempt it couldnt be collected. The customer support intentionally didnt respond my point on: weather, driver doesnt have the straps, kerbside exposure.

The JLL customer support play cheeky agreeing on what I was saying and changing the rules once it was out of collection. The driver AGAIN didnt took the machine because it didnt have the strap, and mentioned that JLL ALAWAYS does this. I messaged JLL and they told me to wait that the driver should be before 6pm- 4 hours time.

In conclusion, the currier company says that JLL didnt say about the straps and they dont take it. The, JLL says that they did... and the cycle continues.

I hope to have my money back, o I will go to court because it has been terrible service and the item wasnt describe it as it actually was.

Got a great excersie bike at a cheaper price then anywhere else and delivery within 2 days 😁

The original delivery was missing a couple of parts. I called them and they were in the post the next day. Excellent service
