I am very sorry to hear about your delivery experience. It is always disappointing when the weakest part of the service is the courier company. I am, however, pleased that the actual ordering process and the quality of the stock were not the reasons behind your 1-star rating.
Leaving heavy boxes with an elderly neighbour when there was a designated safe place at your address and a note on the door is not the standard of service we expect. I completely understand your frustration.
We will pass this feedback on to the courier company so they can remind their drivers to follow delivery instructions carefully and ensure parcels are left in the appropriate location whenever possible.
