A hassle free experience
A hassle free experience. Although performed by a different team each day they had obviously coordinated their work schedule and the whole process took less time and less mess than I was expecting. I should also mention the lady in accounts who dealt with my antiquated paying method (as I do not have internet banking) with patience and humour.

Jk have been exceptionally helpful from planning the retrofit project through to completion. Indeed the technical department have answered so many questions they were very helpful. Thanks James and team and Dan for coming over to view the project.
When we came to install, our installer James explained fully what was happening all the way and left a tidy and completed instal. Very impressed.

Very quick, efficient, and polite. Excellent work. It could only be improved by taking away the removed materials.
It does mention on the website that it is the customer's responsibility but this would improve the experience.

Many thanks for sharing your experiences with us and for also providing a 5 star review.
We are delighted to hear that your project was completed to such a high standard of workmanship and service. Unfortunately the cuttings which are removed from the floor are something which we will always need to dispose of on site due to the risk of splitting during transport as our fleet isn't equipped with trailers, etc.
This also prevents having to pass on additional expenses to the end user for waste disposal facilities off site.
We hope that this is an understandable issue and welcome the feedback you have provided.

He was very helpful, with the project scope agreed, the placing of the order was straight forward.The install work was swift within the pre-existing slab within my Victorian Home. The resulting dust was bagged and left for me to dispose of. For the first time since moving in over 5 yrs ago. I have warm rooms & I have enjoyed this underfloor heating experience!

Professional and efficient
The team were professional and efficient. They installed the underfloor heating in just two days, cutting into concrete. The pipes were very neatly laid out and the manifold fitted well. They were quick to return and resolve a minor issue we spotted after they'd left on the second day. I highly recommend JK floorheating. We haven't been through winter yet, but we have commissioned the system and it is working well. The commissioning process was so straight forward we didn't use any of the technical support that was available to us. The admin team were super patient with us too, as we had to reschedule several times due to delays in our building work!

Positive experience with JK Installation to replace a sub-standard Overboard UFH
We were initially installed with an overboard UFH that was not fit for purpose for our build with another contractor. We were left with a cold house and out of pocket.
We knew we could no longer expect our contactor to resolve our on-going issues, we had to look at other options. We spoke to many underfloor experts all of which were very informative however, we instantly felt we were in good hands as soon as we made contact with JK installations. Their sales representative (Neil) was very informative, gave a quotation almost instantly and provided a lot of advice with no sales pressure at all.
We then booked JK Installations to supply and install the JK® UFH system. This job was allocated to Phill's Team (Dan & Louis). I think this is the Newport team.
Phill called us before installation and helped ease any reservations that we may have had. We can not recommend Phill and his team enough:-
1) They were able to fit us in fairly easily.
2) They arrived early onsite for the days they had allocated to our job
3) They started the job without any issues, this continued throughout the time they were here.
4) They were extremely approachable and generally such a polite team.
5) They were flexible. They worked around the other work that we had on the time without any issues.
6) They answered any questions we had - very knowable.
7) They went over and beyond to provide first class customer service.
8) They left the site clean.
9) Honestly, the list is extensive.
The experience has been so positive that have recommended JK floorheating to firm we used to install the LVT once the UFH work was complete.
Our only regret is that we didn't know about JK floorheating before the overboard UFH system was installed.

Turned up on time
Turn up on time! Within 30 the team where cutting into the floor. The cutting was an almost dust-free operation. By mid morning they had installed the piping & had started clearing up prepping for the sealing of the floor. In just over half a day the system was installed. A very efficient team and for me fantastic value for money!

Highly recommended
I’m always apprehensive about recommending companies I’ve used to other people but JK I recommend to people over and over. Not only do they offer a first class product but their aftercare has been absolutely first class. Refreshing in a day and age where large companies couldn’t give a damn after they’ve taken your money. From initial consultation to installation and to aftercare they have been absolutely amazing.

They were initially really good
They were initially really good, but 6 days later I still haven’t received a quote or the contact for the board system or anything else it’s like they lost interest.
I made a follow up call 3 days ago still nothing.
I guess they must have not liked the job, 3k is a lot of money for me days work.
I heard great things about this company but I guess they weren’t so great for me.

It is a real disappointment to hear that after being recommended to us that we have then failed in the process of being able to deal with your enquiry within your required timescale.
Regardless of how big or small a job, this does not and should not have any influence in how quickly an enquiry is dealt with.
If a customer is making the decision that they want to use JK for their UFH, then we are always willing to offer our system as the solution. Be it an 11m2 or 1000m2 project.
We sent out a quotation to you on Wednesday 28th September, with a follow up site visit on Friday 30th September. Where we have maybe not followed up as proactively as we should have was then getting the follow up information to you on Monday 3rd October once our offices opened again after the weekend.
At times, workloads can play a part in causing us some delays in being as proactive as we would like to be on the rare occasion, but with some communication internally we could of handled your enquiry with that touch more urgency it was requiring based on your need for installation and timescales.
I would like to thank you for taking the time to speak with me on the phone in order to provide me with more feedback on your experiences and subsequent review. I can only offer my apologies once again for the delay in getting you the information which was required in order to potentially progress with our services.
I wish you all the best with the ongoing renovations to your property.
