WOW - COULDN’T BE HAPPIER!
WOW! Josh and James were absolutely fantastic and a credit to the company. Both were skilled, considerate and knowledgeable. The UFH was installed in 2 days (rear extension) and looks superb. I honestly can’t praise these guys enough. Stuart (manager) was also a joy to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending this company and system to others.

Very positive experience
From estimate to completion of the install JK have been superb. firstly very patient while preparing multiple quotes for me with differing options. Then excellent communications and clear instructions in preparation. On the day Josh and James were very knowledgeable and their work has been exemplary. very pleased with the results and looking forward to a toasty house.

I would like to start by saying what an amazing experience I had from beginning to end.
From the initial call and contact with Stuart in the office who I threw many questions and calls at, who did his best to answer my questions and advise.
To the guys who arrived to complete the install, James and Josh were amazing and very helpful and I felt totally at ease.

JK Flooring staff have been brilliant, from the planning through to the execution to install our underfloor heating system. Neil & Stuart communicated promptly and helped us get the plan finalised after a few iterations.

We have had under floor heating fitted by JK as part of our downstairs refurbishment, the two installer (James and Josh) where very efficient and helpful. They stayed late to try and finish the cutting to try and get the job finished before the weekend, so we could at least have a kitchen for the weekend. Really polite and helpful two guys.

I have been involved with dozens of JK installations and not yet found a customer who is unhappy with the service and the product.
I highly recommend this company to anyone who requires retro fit UFH.
Far cheaper and a better system than the ‘crate’ systems out there and I have worked with many types.

Engineering excellence that saved thousands in cost.
This is a fantastic solutions with a team that deeply understands their solution.
Everything from the site visit, the explanation of how the solution works and its benefits, to installation, was professional and timely.
The cost savings, speed, cleanliness were all exceptional and the quality of products supplied are of the highest quality.
The speed of installation and minimum dust levels where very good with a complete 80m^2 area, marked out, cut, piped and clipped and 10 zone manifold installed and pressurised, in less than two days.
As an Engineer, I could not see any reason, when fitting underfloor heating into an existing floor, that I would not use this solution above all others.

It really works, believe the hype
I have delayed leaving this review until I have seen it working. My downstairs was fully piped in Sep 2021 and attached to a Daikin Altherma low temp heat pump. The install was completed in a day, and left tidy as others have advised. The spoil bags are heavy and numerous, keep in minds for your clear up - we had a skip fortunately. The air source heat pump provides the water flow through the floor at not more than 45degC, same temp for new oversized radiators upstairs. It seems too cool to ever work, but you will be surprised, often it runs the water much cooler to achieve the desired room temp. It is a slow heating system, you must be patient and adjust how you use it, it needs to be on for several hours before you see any temp rise and sensibly needs to be on 24h during cold months to maintain the heat, albeit the heat pump won't be heating the water continuously. Once the floor/rooms are up to temperature, then it will turn the water flow on/off as required to maintain. Our builders were interested to see it installed as was our tiler. Our architect was convinced it wouldn't work and was proven very wrong. A small warning, the price of the JK system is only a part of the total cost, you will need screed and flooring and these add a great deal to the overall cost, however you do end up with a quality heating system that is far better than traditional radiators. Also you will likely need help with installing the control system to control the heating pump, manifold actuators and thermostats, I chose a Salus wireless system and it has worked well. Don't hesitate, great system - good luck.
