Terrible company with false advertising. Bought garland from the videos they showed portraying full lush garland and got a cheaply made skimpy garland. Trying to return product to them is a whole other fiasco. Do not buy from this company!
BUYER BEWARE! Deceptive Advertising and Dishonest Business Practices!
Jingle&Pine is an absolute disgrace. The garland I received was cheap, grossly misrepresented, and NOTHING like the advertised products. They were significantly thinner, had sparse greenery, and were MORE THAN A FOOT SHORTER than advertised!
Even worse, they refuse to honor their own advertised 90-day FREE return guarantee. Offered me $2.69 in a refund and keep the garland. Said product had to be in original packaging and unused! DUH! I would not know how disgustingly misrepresented it was had I not taken it out of the package and THEY ASKED FOR PICTURES, which had to be done without it in the package.
I've provided a screenshot of their own policy, and exchanged countless emails. I’m pursuing with my credit card company.
Misleading products, misleading return policies, and appalling customer service. I've filed a payment dispute and am reporting their business practices to consumer protection agencies.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Jingle&Pine is an absolute disgrace. The three garlands I received were cheap, grossly misrepresented, and NOTHING like the advertised products. They were significantly thinner, had sparse greenery, and were MORE THAN A FOOT SHORTER than advertised!
Even worse, they refuse to honor their own advertised 90-day FREE return guarantee, demanding that I pay to ship their misrepresented merchandise back to CHINA!
I've provided photos, screenshots of their own policy, and exchanged countless emails. They repeatedly ignore the evidence and send the same scripted responses.
