I ordered from JILBAYA for the first time and I loved the dress i received :) The dress was soo much pretty in person and the quality was better than I expected for the price 🎀💗 I was lowkey worried it wouldn’t look like the pictures but it looked exactly the same. Alisha and the customer service team was so helpful in answering my persistent questions on shipping times, colours and sizing.
I 100% will be ordering again :P

What a Beautiful Surprise highly recommend
Highly ReI was a little nervous ordering an abaya online because you never really know what you're going to receive, but this one exceeded my expectations. The quality is beautiful, the fabric feels lovely, and the craftsmanship is excellent. It's even more beautiful in person than it looked in the photos. The fit and style are elegant, and you can tell it's made with care. I'm so happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!commend

I bought this as an eid gift for my wife. It was beautiful! The customer service from JILBAYA is amazing. They are very prompt with response times and they helped me exchange clothes without an issue. I’ll definitely be buying more clothes from them for my wife.

Great communication and an excellent customer service team. Alisha has been so helpful throughout my order. Genuine, honest and trustworthy company. The set I ordered was for my wife and she recieved endless compliments. The style was elegant and material was of high quality. I would definitely recommend.
