I don't trust this company. The union jack logo and the .co.uk extension makes it look as if this is a UK based company. It isn't it is French - but this isn't anywhere obvious until you come to check out and find that you are going to be billed in Euros. I only wanted 1 puzzle - cost £6 - postage £9.50! Delivery time 10-17 days.
You can't find this out until you have opened an account (for tracking purposes, but actually you can only track your delivery if you are prepared to pay a further £1.50). There is no obvious way of closing the account. The website does not include the company address (I think this is a requirement in the UK - and possibly in the EU?). When you finally get through to the payment screen the name that comes up bears no relation to anything else on the website. As much as I want the jigsaw for my grand daughter I have decided not to trade with this company.

I don't normally post reviews but decided to now, because my experience conflicted with those who posted strong negative reviews, and I thought it fair to redress the balance. I ordered 6 puzzles. A prompt confirmation email advised a delivery date with a Royal Mail tracking number. The delivery date was longer than I expected so I searched for reviews, and when I read those posted on this forum was alarmed. I need not have been. The puzzles arrived 3 days ahead of schedule and are perfect. I was able to track progress easily with Royal Mail. If I had taken time to read the website delivery info it gives a delivery time of 10 to 20 days for the UK. It's true that I thought this was a UK based business as the "co.uk" web address suggests but I don't think it's fair to say there is any misrepresentation here as the full picture is clear if you take care to look at the detail. I will in future prefer to order from a UK based business but I cannot fault my experience here so a 5 star review is deserved.

ordered over £60 of puzzles in Sept and were never delivered, raised a claim with them, 24 emails later and five months finally got my refund. Customer service is a complete waste of time.Its all ok as long as things go well but if they go pear shaped you can wave goodbye to your money unless you are vey patient and very persistent . I don't need that sort of stress would not use again

A company that is intentionally using misleading advertising. Very easy to believe this is a UK company when you see the advertising and prices. They do not advertise their delivery prices and you have to wait until you’ve placed an order before you find this out.
Then you realise their not delivering from the uk.
The prices are not unreasonable considering postage costs etc, but why mislead customers ?

Ordered prior to Christmas and their delivery window has now passed and the Royal Mail tracking shows no updates from them since ordering. Beware!!

These people pretend to be from the UK using a .co.uk domain issue and have union jack symbols on their site. I ordered a jigsaw puzzle from them which they then cancelled and claimed that Brexit had prevented them from delivering it! What? Apparently, the puzzles are in France and not in the UK at all. Avoid this company.

You think that everything about this company has a UK managed site with Union Flags, and prices quoted in £ Sterling. You will even find that your final payment page and invoice is in UK £ Sterling. BEWARE! Use a credit card and abracadabra!! Everything is then subsequently charged in Euros when you get your credit card statement. So you are beholden to the exchange rate at the time and oh! by the way, you'll get a currency conversion fee added on by your credit card company as well. If you don't mind worrying about the much higher final cost of whatever item you buy on this site, then go ahead - the final cost won't be a surprise. I certainly won't be buying puzzles from this site again as they do not make this issue at all clear at any stage of the purchase process.

Likewise, I wish I'd read here first. I ordered a bit close to Christmas admittedly. But I never received any emails telling me what was happening. After sending them several messages through the issue tracker I received the following "the order had to be cancelled due to the new Covid developments and all the uncertainty around Brexit". I have requested they shut down their UK website as it gives a false impression that they are either/both in the UK or willing to deal with us.

Where to start? Well, first off don't be fooled by the .co.uk web address, this company is actually ships from Germany. This seems to be where the problems started, as despite inputting my address details correctly, DPD told me they couldn't deliver as the address details were incomplete. This was because they had jumbled the information up into nonsense. I provided them with the correct address and was promised delivery but it never turned up due to an "unspecified error". I contacted this lot about it and their response was to try and blame me! I was promised a third delivery date by DPD and still no sign of it. Zero response from either DPD or this lot since. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I made my order of one jigsaw puzzle on 27/11/2020. After buying the puzzle, i decided to look at the reviews and to my frustration, seemed really bad!! I then received an email the next day telling me my order had been sent out and expect it around 9/12/2020. To be honest, there is a possibility of delays to people orders because of the pandemic/being in a different country. But what has surprised me is it arrived today, the day it said in my email! It is a gift though so i cannot open it and check but it is fully sealed.

What a terrible and doubtful service!
Made my purchase on the 19th of November, which took a while to be processed but not to big of a deal.
On the 26th November they sent me an email the product was now complete and ready for shipment and even gave me a tracking number. Today is the 4th of December and the item still hasn't been dispatched.
Plus they act and sell as they were based in the UK but these are french or German retailers...
Please learn from my mistake and think twice before putting your money in such a company.

Very unprofessional customer service, not helpful at all. I also received a touch of sarcasm in reply to my complaint.

Just a terrible experience from start to finish. Basically ignore everything it says on the website - it's just a big bunch of lies.
- They're not a UK company despite having flags etc everywhere.
- they ship from abroad - not disclosed
- the shipping fees are a lie:
"UK: delivery within 3/5 days. Free delivery on purchases over £15"
That's an either/or situation. If you want free then you wait 10 days, if you want 3/5 days then you have to pay ridiculous fees.

Delivery problem? Problem with your order? Don’t hesitate to contact us with your comments. We will always find a solution to meet your needs." <- could not be further from the truth. Takes ages to respond then just blamed me, offered zero solutions.

No issues at all here. They emailed me as soon as they shipped (which was the day after I made the order) and provided a Royal Mail tracking number. The puzzles come from France so do take about 10 days to arrive. I'm delighted with my 5 puzzles, all brand new in shrink wrap. It is so nice to have a choice of a variety of puzzle brands not available in the UK. This is not a fake website or a scam. I understand some frustration for some in thinking they are located in the UK because of the website address and therefore being disappointed that delivery would take longer than usual but to me, it was worth the 10 day wait. The currency is in pounds. I will definitely order again.

Thinking of deleting this app. Really don’t like the pieces at bottom, they are not in eyeline and having to keep glancing up and down is frustrating.
I have played this puzzle game for years but irritation point is reached. Don’t even get me started re the flashing ads.

Misleading - they appear to be a UK company and all prices are in £, but they are a french company and charged my credit card in Euros! This therefore also incurred a non-sterling transaction fee of an additional 50p from my credit card company.

This was the first time I have ordered from this website and everything worked out just fine. I got my 2 puzzles just in time, the delivery was fast, the quality of puzzles is great. Definitely, will buy more puzzles from this website.

Ordered a photo jigsaw for my elderly father- it arrived and about 50% of the pieces were missing- emailed the company who said to take a photo of the completed jigsaw and they would send out the missing pieces . This was of course really difficult with so many missing. My father did what he could and we sent them the photos and we had a reply saying they would send the pieces - no apology- and guess what- I’ve not received the extra pieces yet.! Cost over £30 with all the extras and a lot of upset for my dad and no completed puzzle.!!!

Ordered several jigsaws from them. All were classed as XXL pieces but one of them "Noah's Clearing" came with mixed sizes and peculiar shapes, some really tiny. This was not stated on the description. In fact it said the pieces format was XXL pieces. I emailed customer support ( which is in France ) only to be told it was XXL because the finished size was bigger than ordinary 500 piece puzzles. I emailed again stating that their website definately described it as "XXL PIECES" but once again I got the same answer. Will not be using them again. Better jigsaw sellers are Barneys Newsbox and Jigsaw Puzzles Direct. (both are in the UK)
