Great service from a trustworthy firm. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent in every way. We had a whole water cylinder removed and replaced with an up to date and energy efficient new system in just 2 days. The job was done with great care, and with explanation of the process involved which otherwise would look very complicated to a less technical person! A friendly and knowledgeable team ,I would recommend 100%!

Very thorough and efficient service from Jamie and the office, doing the gas boiler servicing and stabilising the bath to avoid a leak, which hadn't been done quite right by a different company before.

My project was a deep refurbishment of a traditional tenement flat and it included all new plumbing and heating throughout. This included a new gas boiler and hot-water underfloor heating. I was introduced to JHP Services through The Heating Hub (who worked with me to decide on my requirements). I am a Civil Engineer by training, and I have lots of construction experience - I know enough to spot the difference between expertise and bullshit. Jamie Lipscombe and his team quickly established themselves as people who know their stuff. They gave helpful advice about fine-tuning our design and specification. Their price was competitive and there was no milking of the variations. They responded to the programme requirements and the interfaces with other trades. This was a no-fuss, no-drama experience; the system was commissioned and certificates produced promptly on completion. JHP Services will be my first port of call for any plumbing and heating in the future.

We needed a boiler service as we were having problems with our heating. Jamie was really great and talked us through the whole process. We’re very pleased with the service from JHP and we’re already talking to Jamie about another job we need doing.

Friendly prompt service at a good price

Had JHP out today to carry out a repair to our boiler, fast and efficient service. Thorough with their approach to the diagnosis of the problem, repaired fault with new part. Extremely impressed with the first time fix, highly recommend.

Required my boiler repaired as it kept loosing pressure .
From my first enquiry until the very end this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any company .
Jamie was very professional but also very personable , he explained everything , answered all my questions and gave me a message the day after he’d finished to make sure we were happy with everything .

Jamie is such a great guy! He kept us informed about what he was doing from start to finish. He and his crew even cleaned up after themselves as they were going along, something I’ve never had any tradesmen do before!! Amazing from start to finish, highly recommend

We have been using JHP Services for a few years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to service or repair my heating system. Jamie is meticulous and has always been able to get to the bottom of any problem and carry out the repair with the minimum of disruption or fuss. He has also fitted two new showers leaving existing tiles in perfect condition. I trust him to charge a fair price for a quality job and that peace of mind is priceless in this day and age.

So glad I found these guys! I would highly recommend them, excellent customer service, both Alexandra and Scott were super friendly and helpful. Scott did an amazing job at sorting our dishwasher pipe, he was thorough and checked everything, was really clear about the problem and what he was going to do to fix it, and just generally a really nice guy! The rates were reasonable and quick to get booked in, we'll definitely be using them again!

I’ve been a customer for a few years now and can’t rate the company any higher . They always turn up on time and do a thorough job for a very good price . Totally recommended.
