I finally received my ring but it is not the ring I ordered. The ring I ordered was for breast cancer with a ribbon and side stones. The ring I received is the new style they’re offering. I happy at least I got something for my money. I ordered it on may 31 st 2025, emailed them July 17, 2025, received it today July 25, 2025. After I emailed them they said it was lost and sent me this replacement. Again not the ring I ordered.

Would have given no stars! Ordered a ring and it came smaller than stated size. Emailed about return to be told I would have to pay yet website states 90 day guarantee free return. Trying to fob me off so I’ve involved PayPal to get my money back! Snotty person emailing me! Never buy from this despicable company! Awful!

Product not what it claims to be. NOT sterling silver. Company manipulate by marketing to many different causes such as cancer....They should be embarrassed and ashamed.

I bought 3 pairs of earrings in December. In February, I emailed them to let them know that a stone has fallen out of one of the earrings and if they could please replace the 1 earring. They responded saying they only replace faulty jewellery for 1 months after purchase and offered a $15 voucher for my next purchase. I responded saying they voucher was useless because I wouldn't be spending any more money on their jewellery since the quality is clearly not great, and asked if they could please just replace the 1 earring. That was 1 month ago and I never received a repsonse.
Very poor customer service.

I purchased a necklace from this company and it was delivered with the chain having 3 or 4 knots in it. This was a special 30th birthday gift which I had to show my niece and take it back. It took them that long to reply I paid a jeweller (who is a friend of my sisters) £10 to sort the necklace out. Very disappointed in the service I received especially as I took out the extended warranty with them.

This company lies, the products are awful and tarnish within 2 weeks. They then go AWOL when you try to cotact them for a refund. Check reviews before buying!

Omg ! This is a scam company !!!! I bought from them in Jan ! No product received nor refund !!! My first time ever got scammed online buying something without any products receive or refund !!! Pretty low !!! Hope whoever behind this will get their bad karma !!!

Ordered and paid for earrings advised ‘on its way’ May 1st - no further contact and no item received. Now not even able to track. No response to several emails and messages sent through the website. This company is a ripoff.

I needed a replacement strap for my son’s watch. They repaired it free of charge immediately. A fantastic local shop with lovely people and lots of interesting things for sale. Highly recommended.

Jane and Sam or both extremely welcoming as you first go into their shop. It's filled with eye catching jewllery and affordable prices. Lovely handbags and accessories. I went in to get four batteries put into an elderly ladies collection. Got to say they do not over charge for this service either. One of the watches did not need a battery! That's how honest they are! They don't rush you away just so lovely yo go to this Gem of a shop

I brought the dream catchers bracelet for forty dollars. I have see it on this same sight for different prices after my purchase. what is the different in the bracelet. And it was a lot smaller then it looked. It is a nice bracelet i hope it doesn't change colors.

How dare they offer you a price which you agree to then charge you almost twice the price on your card. Disgusting. I've written for a refund and if no reply I will give evidence to consumer affairs

I was looking to repair my gold necklace clasp ( small ring was damaged when I accidentally broke it, I tried to put it back myself but could not secure it properly). The man in a shop repaired it in 5 min and didn’t charged anything - I couldn’t believe it!! Thank you very much

I ordered two rings on the 30 May and still haven't received them. One was for a present for a co-worker who is leaving my workplace in a few days.
I contacted Inspire Jewellery last week to chase it up as for weeks now it has said it is in transit. Have still not heard back from them.

I do not know why Inspire Jewellery think I have broken Trustpilot rules. I have only stated the facts. Nothing negative about the product which I have yet to receive. Wish they could return email me as quick as they have responded to my feedback on this site.
