Great service and fantastic products. Purchased bracelet, the shipping was fast and the bracelet was exactly as described. Will shop again.

Unique, quality jewellery.
I recommend this company for efficiency, quality and for designing jewellery that is a little bit different to that which can be purchased on the high street.

I bought a 1ct with platinum band for my partner. Very impressed with the quality of the product. It looks the part and is a lovely piece. It looks very classy and expensive. My conscience is clear, as no blood diamonds, war, or environmental destruction involved (diamond trade ethically horrendous).
My partner is very happy, as am I. Great value and quality, would not hesitate to recommend.
I experienced good customer service. The ring took a few weeks to make, as platinum mounts were on delivery, but I was kept updated via several phone calls and this was fully explained to me. When I also made calls before making the purchase to discuss the item, they were very helpful.
I did my research, and having now received it and a happy Mrs, I am very glad I went with Jewellery by William.
Thanks
