I bought a 14k gold bracelet weighing 7.05g that broke after a few months, and when I took it to exchange it for something else, I was surprised to find out that it had more than a gram of wire inside that I paid for as gold, and another fairly thick and solid chain, bought from them, broke on the first wear. To make things even worse, I received no communication from your team, not even a basic email to inform me that the order would not arrive on time. I waited nearly four days for a response and eventually had to call myself. When I did, I was met with one of the most unprofessional and rude customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered—completely lacking in courtesy, communication skills, and any basic understanding of customer service. Her English was also very difficult to understand, which added to the frustration.
this entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful and disappointing.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Jewellery by AA that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a couple of items, and unfortunately, the quality did not meet my expectations at all.

1. **14k Gold Ring. I ordered a size 16/56/P ring, but it turned out to be too big. The craftsmanship felt subpar, especially for the price of £264.17. I expected much better quality for something labeled as '14k gold.'

2. **14k Gold New Earrings: £155. The earrings I received were a complete letdown. They couldn't close properly and were so loose that I was afraid of losing them. This was particularly frustrating since they were intended as a birthday gift. It's disappointing that such a basic quality check wasn’t performed before shipping.

When I decided to return the order, I was shocked to be told that I would be banned from their website for attempting to do so. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and only adds to my frustration.

Additionally, my interaction with the owner was far from pleasant. I found them to be unprofessional and arrogant, which only added to my dissatisfaction. I would not recommend Jewellery by AA based on my experience, as both the product quality and customer service were severely lacking.

Still waiting for my refund to be processed.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning as a customer.
