Achat d’un ensemble pour la rentrée de notre fils (prix environ 350 €). Notre colis a probablement été volé pendant le transport (ou au point relai?)..
le service client ne collabore pas et n’ont à ce jour aucune solution à m’apporter car ils prétendent que leur colis a été livré !
J’ai expliqué maintes fois que même si le colis était décrit comme » livré », que je ne l’ai jamais reçu 😡

I ordered a ergomaxx backpack from Jeune Premier as a gift and backpack arrived with a deform. I paid 280 euro to a backpack with thinking it is a PREMIUM brand but it was a total disappointment. I reached them out to replace the backpack immediately but they found me a solution after 15 days to return me %15 of the purchase (which it is not enough return for a PREMIUM DEFORMED backpack). I had to take the offer because my niece was in town for couple days and they came back to me so late with a solution(!). I absolutely don't recommend you to buy a backpack from this brand. There are more quality customer service and brands with same price. For the price that I paid it was absolutely a disappointment. NEVER AGAIN!

Extremely disappointed with Jeune Premier customer service. I placed an order (#66082) a while ago, but I’ve received nothing but automated AI replies and zero information on the status of my delivery. My child was supposed to participate in a special fashion show with their new bag, but thanks to your lack of communication and logistics failure, we are now left empty-handed. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to be 'premium'.

Item returned, tracking proves delivery, merchant is ghosting me and refusing to process refund

De kleinste heeft al sinds de Instapklas producten van jeunepremier. Nu in het eerste leerjaar dus ook gestart in september met een nieuwe boekentas van hen. Nu, januari, is het middenstuk volledig stuk, de stof is nog intact. Wanneer ik hier contact voor opneem, blijkt dit toch jammer genoeg niet in de garantie te vallen. Men adviseert me dit dan op eigen kosten bij een schoenmaker te laten repareren. Voor zulks een duur merk, waarvan ik steeds het gevoel had zeer stevig te zijn en waarvan ik verwachte dat zij dit ook zo willen bieden. Had ik nu echt wel meer verwacht!
Ik vind deze service dan ook absoluut niet ok.
Erg jammer wel.
Dit zal haar laatste boekentas van dit merk zijn, helaas.

Ik ben diep teleurgesteld in de klantenservice van Jeune Premier. Na meerdere pogingen om contact op te nemen via e-mail over een probleem met mijn bestelling (#SL1048), heb ik totaal geen reactie ontvangen. Het begon met een vriendelijk verzoek op 8 juli 2024 om gebruik te maken van de garantie op een defect product. Na dagen, weken en uiteindelijk meer dan een maand later nog steeds geen enkele reactie. Dit soort nalatigheid is ronduit onaanvaardbaar voor een bedrijf dat beweert kwaliteit en service hoog in het vaandel te hebben.

Ik had gehoopt een positieve ervaring te hebben met een lokaal bedrijf, maar deze stilte en gebrek aan respect voor klanten toont aan dat ze het tegenovergestelde bieden. Ik ben helaas genoodzaakt om mijn teleurstelling te delen op platforms zoals Trustpilot en Reddit, zodat anderen gewaarschuwd zijn.

Jeune Premier, ik had graag een positieve review achtergelaten, maar dit is verre van wat ik had verwacht. De productkwaliteit kan nog zo goed zijn, maar als de service dit niveau van incompetentie bereikt, dan is dat helaas het enige wat blijft hangen.

in december 2022 in een speelgoedwinkel in Nieuwpoort een rugzak/boekentas gekocht voor onze kleinzoon van 4 jaar oud. Tot voor kort geen probleem tot plots de rits niet meer kon gesloten worden. De fabrikant gecontacteerd en foto's gestuurd van het probleem en snel als antwoord gekregen dat deze niet meer verkrijgbaar zijne, maar konden kiezen uit andere modellen om deze gratis opgestuurd te krijgen. En dit is snel gebeurd. Super snel opgelost!

No answers from Customer Service- automated returns does not function - no help

Ordered School Ergomaxx Backback on Sep 1 2022, selecting and paying for:
"UPS Express Duties & Taxes Included. €20,01 shipping, €86,83 duty and Tax". To Turkey.

They sent it with Fedex Economy.
Immediately wrote to their support about that — no answer followed.

In around three days shipping got stuck at customs which showed a nice "customer selected economy clearance" option.

After some Instagram comments Jeune Premier finally answered. The answer was to contact Fedex (like I ordered them in the first place :-) ). Then they promised to work on the issue in 48 hours, and then a week passed and no any update or answer came from JP.

Meanwhile Fedex kindly referred me to their partner broker which suggested a price of 530+ EUR (with fees increasing daily) to clear the purchase valued at around 190 EUR.

Then I requested a refund from Jeune Premier (cos obviously sending the shipment with Economy instead of UPS Express Duties and Taxed included was a misselling of the delivery option and conditions).

Comments on Instagram are censored and switched off. No response via email. Their own feedback form which sends it on their website is also censored (that's where all the 5 stars come from).

15th of September today, stopped answering all together. Btw, I think I asked them around 4 times about the mistake with the delivery method. Even while answering they ignored the question.

So much of a premium brand.
