dont deal with this company they are absolutely crap at helping and take your money and offer nothing in return when asked to return items (store credit ) didnt buy it with store credit so should be refunded in full not what the company wants its the customer who is right

Ordered ring before Christmas it arrived at post office near me on the 6th Jan but was sent back to sender due to address label not stating address I mentioned this in several emails but must wait till they receive it again I thought it to be British company then find out it's Chinese how I wish I had looked a little deeper ... So now I wait with low expectations

This website sells jewelry intended for children and teenagers; however, I would not recommend purchasing from this store based on my negative experience. A gift that was ordered with the expectation of arriving before Christmas was not delivered on time, which forced us to purchase an alternative gift elsewhere.
The package eventually arrived only after January 7, well after both Christmas and New Year. Despite the significant delay, the store refused to issue a refund or accept the return of the items.
While the products themselves may appear attractive and suitable for children or teenagers, the poor delivery performance and the refusal to resolve the issue appropriately make my overall experience unsatisfactory.

Beware of scammers. Not only does the product shown in the picture not match the item I actually received, but they were also a whole week late with the delivery, even though they promised delivery within a maximum of 15 days. I had to buy another gift because I needed something to give, and this jewelry was no longer needed. I decided to return it, but they refused to accept the return, claiming that I purchased the item at a discount and that discounted items are non-refundable. Be careful — these are real scammers, with terrible service and awful people I had to communicate with.I tried to leave a review about the quality of the jewelry and the service on the website and gave it one star, but it was simply not published on the site.
The store presents itself as an English company, but the products are shipped from Hong Kong. So before choosing a product to buy from this store, make sure it truly suits you, otherwise you’ll have a hard time trying to return it.

Firstly they have misleading information on their website. I was looking for a jewellery set, the image was of a jewellery set but actually it was just the ring that I ordered despite the image above showing earings and necklace.
Beyond that, I still haven't received the ring a month after ordering it. Was supposed to arrive before Christmas, it's now 13th January. Been chasing through their customer service since the 27th and they just say be patient we are looking for it. Shocking service, no idea on the quality of product as yet to receive it

It's a nightmare to return products.
Jeulia is named to be in the UK, products come from Hong Kong, and if you're not happy you send them back to US/California.
The company mentions in their website that they want to secure your purchase, and provide the best return policy. Don't trust what's written. Read what reality is

The site is easy to use . If u need to get in touch with someone from your team it is easy to do so ad they get back to you straight away.

Website interface is simple and easy to navigate, products are clearly priced and well defined, payment options are dynamic and accessible, all in all a pleasant experience.

I have a good experience

Unsolicited registration email pretending I joined their website which did not happen. Checking their negative reviews I see that they they were trying to lure me in so stay well clear.

Ordered a Gold Locket, priced at £145. I ordered item and paid an extra £30 for express delivery. Received an email moments later telling me to pay an extra £54 for V.A.T. and import tax in order for my order to be processed. 21 days later I still have no goods or contact. Money has been taken. Please be aware the this is a scam and reviews are very likely fake.

After reading other reviews, I will now be contacting the B.B.C's WATCHDOG show, as this seems more than just a few isolated incidents.

You have a really nice collection of rings

Ordered a necklace on the 5th December, paid the extra £30 for delivery. It's still showing as processing, 17 days later! Was going to be an Xmas gift, now it will not be. Very dissapointed. Will never be ordering from this company ever again. I am noot the only person to have this issue.

I bought the Sea Life earrings for my wife . Red and blue. I really liked the purple ones same design but couldn’t order them because the website kept switching back to the red and blue, I am happy with my purchase but if the purple ones were available I would buy them also.

Have paid the vat invoice and the order but it is still processing nearly a week later. Have messaged and emailed but no answer. I am now in the process of trying to Get my money back.

Time will show still waiting for invoice or any messege whats going on with parcel

Ordered a ring, got confirmation and order number paid extra for quick delivery.
Then I never heard anything from the company and nothing has been delivered.
