Je vous conseille jamais vous prenez des voitures chez eux car vous payez moins cher et en arrivant à l aéroport c'est autre chose ? Il m a arrivé avec eux à l aéroport d Agadir car sur place c'est autre chose je me suis embrouillé avec eux et j'ai parti sans voiture j'ai fait la location eilleur car il m a demandé une autre sommes d argent avec une caution de 1000 euros !!! C'est des voleurs attention à vous svp.....

Not even worth one star this company are a scam they take your money and no service flew into Newcastle airport told to phone a number to arrange a pick up told the shuttle bus is outside the door and proceeded to tell us the car is 40 mins away on the website you are led to believe the company it with all the rest of the rental companies when we asked was there a faster way they could collect us but that would cost 7 pounds and drop off the same when I wasn’t happy about this I was given a Spanish phone number to contact to organise a refund which I am still arguing with them for they are refusing to give it back there is nothing to say when booking how far away the car is also they left me waiting for 15 minutes to tell me nobody was answering the phone so she couldn’t give me a answer
Please please don’t do it to yourself they are a rubbish company and are operating under false pretenses

Scammers. Don’t rent a car from this company if you don’t want to lose your money! Customer service are not answering any emails!

Pakken telefoon nooit op.
Laten niks van zich horen.
Al mijn geld kwijt.
Uiteindelijk kreeg ik een auto die na een maand kapot was.
Zogezegd garantie maar kreeg niets terug.

Le loueur devait venir a l aeroport de Tétouan pour nous amener à notre voiture réserver pour 4 jours sur jetcar, malgré de nombreux appels personne n est venu toujours en reculant l heure de la prise en charge, et en ne donnant pas l adresse pour que nous puissions nous rendre au lieu de prise en charge après plus de 3 heures d attente puis en lisant les avis sur le manque de sérieux de cette entreprise nous avons louer ailleurs et n arrivons pas à nous faire rembourser notre réservation un scandale a éviter absolument!

auto gekocht op 10 september nog geen uur later gaf het al electriche storing aan nou 3 keer terug gebracht om er wat aan telaten toen en steeds maar lulkoek verhalen dus heb het vandaag terug gebracht en heb de helft van de 1600 euro terug gehad never nooit meer zijn ze mij en raad het een ieder ook af om daar niets eens een ventiel van een auto tekopen.

Zeer slechte ervaring met Jetcar. Auto was erg beschadigd en de communicatie was teleurstellend. Borg werd veel te laat teruggestort en er werd ongeautoriseerd geld afgeschreven van mijn creditcard. Geen aanrader, niet betrouwbaar.

In mei 2025 (dit jaar dus) een Honda Civic gekocht uit 2003 voor 1650 Euro. Volgens de verkoper een goede auto met geldige APK. Bleek achteraf vol te zitten met verborgen gebreken: Linker rem aan de achterkant was metaal op metaal, gat in kokerbalk, rechter voorwiel niet goed meer, scheurtjes in rechter achterband. Contact met ze opgenomen, maar ze laten ontevreden klanten gewoon barsten.

I sent my flight number. Flight was delayed. They didint send a car i paid for 1week i paid with visa. I called customers office too tell them about my delay. They told me you didint pick it up on time. So there is no refund and no car. They dont have a office in Agadir marocco. You have too call Spain to speak to the costumiers office.

I paid for a vehicle. I did not receive confirmation email. I tried to search for the booking. AI msg said it was cancelled. I check my account and £23 was taken out my bank account. It's taken me over a hour and nobody there can help me. That's why they can afford to be cheap , by stealing from innocent would be customers. Very frustrating!!!!

Jet Car scammed me out of €105. I booked a car and paid in full, but when I went to pick it up, they claimed my credit cards didn’t work — which is clearly just part of their scheme to avoid giving you the car. Of course, there’s no mention of a refund. Avoid them at all costs!

Нажаль я прочитала всі відгуки після того як здала авто(( і мені довелося пережити дуже багато стресу(( забронювала авто на 7 днів в Задарі за 140 євро, +повна страховка 120 євро, наче депозит має бути не 1400 євро а 400, але коли ми прилетіли нам сказали в car wiz що ми повинні залишити 1400 євро депозиту, або взяти їхню додаткову преміум страховку за 20 євро за добу щоб залишити депозит 200 євро, і довелося заплатити майже 400 євро за все+200 депозиту, сподіваюсь нам його повернуть, єдиний плюс необмежений кілометраж, але махінації зі стаховкою тут однозначно є((

This company operates with a insurrance policy that doesn't work within the law. When you come to the rental car the insurrance you purchased through jetcar is invalid and you are forced to purchase an other insurance through the car rental company.
AVOID as this company are scamming , do not operate within the law and I have now forwarded this issue to the ombudman.

CarJet's insurance policy seems to be a major letdown. Despite paying for their full coverage, the rental company still charged me for their own insurance, claiming CarJet's policy wasn't valid. This is unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.

As a customer, I expect transparency and consistency in insurance coverage. CarJet's failure to provide this has resulted in unnecessary additional costs and stress.

I hope CarJet addresses this issue and provides clearer communication about their insurance policy to avoid similar experiences for future customers.

Very good customer service and the car was so nice to drive it gets me from point A to point B 🫶
