Great speed limit candle, bought for my nephew's 40th birthday cake. It looked just as I'd hoped it would and arrived earlier than expected. No hesitation in recommending the item and the seller.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience – would not recommend
I hired LED light-up numbers for an event and was extremely disappointed with the condition they arrived in. The numbers were soaking wet and covered in gloss paint, which resulted in paint getting all over both myself and the venue.
The paint was not something that simply wiped away either — it has stained clothing and caused a lot of unnecessary stress and damage. For something hired for an event, I expected the equipment to arrive clean, dry and in a suitable condition.
What made the situation even worse was the awful management and extremely rude attitude when the issue was raised. Rather than being helpful or taking responsibility for the condition of the equipment, the communication was rude and completely unprofessional.
The whole experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing, especially when we were trying to enjoy an important event. I would strongly recommend checking the condition of any equipment before accepting it and, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Hi,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience; however, this review has been posted against the wrong company.
Jesters Party is an online party supplies and fancy dress retailer and we do not hire LED light-up numbers or any other event equipment. We therefore could not have supplied the items described in this review.
We would be grateful if you could check the company you hired the numbers from and move your review to the correct Trustpilot profile, as this review does not relate to Jesters Party.
We have also reported the review to Trustpilot as being intended for another business.
Kind regards,
Debbie @ Jesters Party
