AVOID. Misleading, Cheap, poor quality products.
Customers should be aware that although the company presents itself as UK-based, Jess-London, returns are handled overseas (China) and international return costs (at your own expense) may make refunds impractical for low-value items.

Very disappointing experience overall.

Terrible quality definitely not…

Terrible quality definitely not orthopaedic as advertised took ages to arrive and not free returns as I believed.i wish I had read the reviews first!

Not easy to return not UK company

I want to return the dress I ordered due to it being tight around my waist. They say on their website "easy 30 day return policy" This is not true. They are only offering me 10% refund of the dress which is £3.90 because apparently it's expensive for me to return to Asia. This is not a UK company!!!

AVOID!! AVOID!! DISHONEST BUSINESS I would give this website zero if I could but one star is the lowest.
They say they accept returns. The parcel has a London return address then they say you must return to China!!! At your own cost.
This is dishonest.
The reason for my returns is because the sizing is approx 5 sizes smaller than UK sizing. The quality is cheap and nasty. Nothing like the photos.
Absolutely appalling. They must be stopped and shut down as this business is totally unethical and fooling people for their money.
Oh and you have to wait weeks and weeks for delivery yet they claim next day despatch!
So dishonest and unethical it’s unbelievable how they sleep at night!!
I have taken legal advice and am told that when they show a Uk return address on their parcels they cannot they insist you return to China at your cost when they never ad used of this on their website or prior to purchase. They confirm they are a UK business.

I will fight this issue as they are fraudsters and it’s not acceptable to take people’s money in this way.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. Website states “hassle free returns” but he custom charges are £40. Misleading. Quality was terrible so chances are high you will want to return the items so better off not buying anything in the first place. Terrible customer service too. Avoid!

Avoid

Avoid! The products are cheap and nasty, if you're not happy you have to pay for the return to China which cost as much as their horrible products. Appalling customer service and appalling products!

I purchase a suit for a special…

I purchase a suit for a special occasion from this company . Never receive it ,due to incorrectly label . I was lie upon initially that l refused delivery. Now my item is on way to this company. I sincerely requested a refund and them to keep item . Jessie London is giving me the most painful shopping experience. I am being told lies every day . It hurts to be rip off of 97 £ . Avoid shopping here. I only wish l had read reviews first .

Got an email from Jessie London , again they have refuse to issue refund 94 £ plus .Item order over one month. I believe the reply l got here is not sincere. I really hope the relevant authorities can look into this company bossiness ethics . No customers show spend money and get unfair service in the end .

Royal Mail has confirmed that you are in possession of the item.
Under customer legal rights, I believe I am entitled to a refund. I previously left a review on your website and was asked to contact you directly by email.
At this stage, I am becoming increasingly concerned, as the lack of resolution is making me feel like a victim of fraud.
I would appreciate an urgent update regarding my refund and the next steps to resolve this matter.

Avoid this company everyone . If l had read these reviews first it would had save me.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I ordered a what I believed to be a gorgeous leather jacket and I received a horrible plastic product instead.They are constantly changing terms and conditions and they expect customers to pay for return to China that often costs more than 30£.It’s a scam!

Scam company

Ordered a suit for a wedding on the 12/4/26. It was expected to be received quickly as it was advertised as next day dispatch. Automated response stated there were unavoidable dispatch delays. No refund options as the money had already been taken, I was told to wait until it was actually received before returning for a refund. The suit is awful and not as described. Colour, material and buttons are cheap. The suit resembles a pyjama set for a 10 year old boy!
Requested a return label via email but was informed it would cost £40 to return to china!
On line scam, avoid purchasing anything from this company. £89.92 lost!

The one star is for keeping me updated on delivery.
Then silent clothes are cheap nasty ill made.
They portray themselves as a London company but Chinese returns at your expense.

If I could give zero or less I would

If I could give zero or less I would, cheap, disgusting, rip off. Customer service appalling, returns expensive and no refund even after 7 months. They say it’s customs, but I paid for everything to get the goods returned, they are a scam company based in China, cloths probably made in a sweat shop.
Don’t purchase from them, utterly disgusting.

The order took a while to arrive but I…

The order took a while to arrive but I was kept informed of the progress. The clothes were nicely packaged and needed to be fully ironed before wearing but I am hopeful that they won't crease too much when I start wearing them in the warmer weather.

Ordered a dress that took over 3.5…

Ordered a dress that took over 3.5 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it wasn't the dress I ordered. Not only was the dress the wrong dress but it was of such a cheap fabric it wasn't worth the cost of the postage let alone the £80+ I paid. Very dissapointed!

Total rip off!

Ordered the dress for a funeral with ‘express shipping’ and received an email immediately stating that shipping would be delayed, I requested to cancel the order but was told it was not possible. Had to order another dress from elsewhere for the occasion. When the dress eventually arrived I found it to be of cheap quality and nothing like the dress pictured, it is really over priced for the £45 I paid. The dress is fairly comfortable, but not worth £45 at all. I’m keeping the dress as it is too expensive to return to China at my own expense. Internet is becoming less and less safe to shop
