I placed an order on Decemeber 12. A shipping label was created December 15. Today is January 1 and my order still has not shipped. I ordered it for my son for an end of March soccer game and my confidence that it will be delivered before then has gone.

There is no customer service… I placed my order on December 8, 2025… I was told 8-10 business days to receive. I emailed around December 20, 2025 asking for an update on my order and they guaranteed I would have my jersey by Christmas. I’ve sent two separate emails since Christmas and I’ve received the same auto response!

I would NOT recommend ordering from this company, once they take your money, you cannot contact anyone and all you get is the same response.

Terrible experience. Still dont have my orders placed on NOVEMBER 29TH. And no responses to my emails.

Package of two jerseys did not arrive when it said it would. Took three weeks and arrived late. Did not arrive by Christmas, so this gift was ruined. Disappointed. Quality of jerseys are ok.

Never received my item. Emailed several times and kept being told it shipped but never received a tracking number. Reported them and opened a claim with my bank. This site is a scam. Stay far away!

I ordered a jersey on 12/7 and it’s still not here. Missed Christmas completely even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. So disappointed.

Delivery time is forever. Wrong item was eventually sent. Getting follow-up information from them is as bad as their delivery time.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service is awful. I placed an order for a jersey and three weeks later it still hadn’t been shipped so I wrote an e-mail requesting to cancel my order. They replied the next day that it had already shipped, mind you I received an e-mail that it shipped hours after their initial response. I told them I didn’t want the item anymore as it would arrive too late. They asked for me to send a picture of the item and a reason why I want to return it. It feels like I keep getting a run around. Do yourself a favor and buy from ANYWHERE else.

Honestly, I can’t even review the jersey because I haven’t received it yet. I ordered it on Dec 6th, and the website indicated it would arrive around Dec 16th. I figured I had enough wiggle room for a Christmas gift, but it did not work out. Today is Dec 27th. Trying to get info, I attempted the chat function on the website (no response) and then emailed customer service. CS responded pretty quickly, though the information was not very helpful

I paid $23.95 on Dec 11th for expedited shipping (??). It is now the 25th and l still haven’t received it. It was a gift for my grandson. Tough to see their disappointment. Very dissatisfied.

It took 3 weeks to get the day before Christmas and it was not the color I ordered!
Still waiting to hear back from customer support on how the will rectify this.

I live in the USA so shipping was a bit slow but definitely the best Jersey out there. I bought a jersey for my 10 year old grandson and he loved it!

I ordered a jersey from this store on November 28. It is now December 23 and the item has still not been delivered.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 items almost 30 days ago (2 different orders) and have not received either item. I cannot get a hold of anyone to give me an answer to when I should receive my items. No replies to emails and if I do get a reply it doesn't even answer the question I asked. It either says your order was sent out or this last one said sorry I got the wrong item....I didn't get the wrong item, I didn't receive anything yet, This company is horrible and now I will have to contest my charges on my credit card to get my money back because I am sure I wont be getting it from the company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I ordered a jersey on 12/1 and it's 12/21 and I don't have it. Everyday the tracking says tomorrow and then never shows up and changes to the next day. I can't believe they emailed me to review them when I still haven't even received my product. I'm very worried it won't arrive for Christmas, frustrating process with confusing tracking.

Product was just fine. They had issues with getting it out in a timely manner. Still made it in time for Christmas. I ordered a second jersey which is due tomorrow, this one was a smoother transaction

Company came through! Ordered soccer kit for grandson. Package was delivered including pictures on porch. Definitely our house! However, no package when we went to retrieve it. Sent a response to survey conveying above info and stated this is a gated community and there have been no reports of “porch pirates”. Expressed disappointment and reluctance to use company AND delivery service in the future. Then, an update to delivery info received and several days later the merchandise was delivered! Well done- Christmas miracle!

A zero!! I ordered in November and still do not have the jersies for my Christmas present to my grandsons in 6 days!!!! They keep telling me it’s in transit. I no longer believe them. Scam!!! Don’t buy!!!

I ordered a jersey before Thanksgiving and I am still waiting for it to show up now. I’ve never had this bad of an experience ever!
