The product was not as…expected
The product was not as described/displayed on social media. It is too thick (even after smoothing with brush) and very orangey looking. I’ve been trying to reach out (have sent several emails) about refunding and returning product. So far I have heard nothing

best make up EVER
best make up EVER ! I have tried them al from Chanel to Lancome to Clinique etc. etc. etc. Jerome Alexander by far outweighs any of the others. Just brilliant consistence, appearance and coverage.

I love these products.
I love these products.
The primer spray, feels refreshing as the first coat. I love that a little goes a long way. So the foundation can be controlled as far as the coverage you need. Last, spray with the finnishing spray, done! Quick process and such a beautiful result.

Love foundation, disappointed in return policy
I have used your foundation for years. I love it. I tried a few other items in a bundle sale, but did not like all I received. I tried 3 times to email the company to return those items. It is stated that I needed a code for return and I can not get anyone to respond. My 30 days for returns is about up so I'm feeling like I won't hear back till after the 30 days when it's to late to return the items for a refund.

Fabulous foundation for mature skin
TikTok recommended this product for mature skin. I have tried many foundations. I love this the best as it is natural, very moisturizing, no creases, no cracks!!
