At the beginning when I part exchanged my car the sales guys had all the talk made you feel like you was going to get an amazing service throughout.
Well what a load of lies.
My jeep compass broke down after 5 months due to needing a new battery (the electrics was going crazy) when they took my car in it came back with a rip in the steering wheel, that took 6 months of me nagging at them to get it sorted even thou they didn’t want to take blame. All of a sudden out of the blue they have said they will fix it.
My car went in for a service and while it was in they was going to fix my steering wheel and air con as it never worked.
I pay for a service plan so I get a wash an vac included. Now my car has a lot of dog hair in as we rescue dogs but overall I look after the leather etc. (dog hair can be vacuumed)
Well I got my car back today didn’t look washed and certainly wasn’t vacuumed.
I said I wasn’t happy but couldn’t wait to sort it as I had work.
The valet guy came out and said we’ll look at all the dog hair anyway. Now I’m not being sl%^ged off when I haven’t even asked for he’s judgement I asked when they haven’t cleaned. I asked to speak to the management as I wasn’t having someone speak to me in that way.
The manger came out. He’s already in the past left comments about the dog hair in the car. I pay for my car I will do as I please.
He then said that it’s a basic vac and clean and was done last week (this should get done day of or day before the person picks up).
I asked him to get the valeter to apologise to me as I think it’s disgusting the way he can speak to a customer like that. When he did apologise he was sniggering under he’s breath. I told the manger not to give him a written warning as long as he apologised but yet god knows why I saved he’s back from that.
I’m also not happy as they had my car for a week and yet my steering wheel hasn’t been fixed. My car had done over 65miles which there is no reason to do that.
Also I have a strange chip in my alloys.
I look after my car and wash it myself every week so I know what is wrong with it and not. This is simply unacceptable.
It seems every time it goes in for something (which clearly they don’t fix) it comes back out with something else wrong.
I didn’t go back in after finding out my alloy was chipped and the steering wheel as they spoke to me in such a bad way and made me feel like crap that I ended up crying.
I have reported this to complaints but will be taking it to the ombudsman as I have given them 7 months nearly to fix the original problem.
DO NOT BUY A JEEP!!!
Worst customer services I've ever encountered but pretty much on par with the extremely poor quality of the cars.
I sent a complaints to Jeep HQ in Slough, recorded delivery so I know they received it, they didn't bother responding though. My car has spent on average 1 week per month at the dealership with problem after problem.

Disgusting customer care
To start with my car went in for its first MOT August 2022 with only 22500 miles on the clock and came back with an advisory for an oil leak from the gear box. The car was then booked in the main dealer for investigation. Six weeks later the car went I for repair. I got my car back 30th March 2023. After absolutely diabolical service and incompetency at the dealer. Nobody knew what was wrong or even if the car was with them. The dealer manager eventually came to my rescue and supplied a courtesy car. An investigation by customer care uk came back to which none of the facts were true. They didn’t know what the car was in for either. Wrong mileage, wrong dealer, wrong fault and wrong courtesy car. The cover letter saying I will be compensated for the inconvenience when I get the car. I never heard from them again. After several tweet, emails and calls to customer care in Italy. All you can say is we’ll discount your next service. Absolutely terrible customer service from Jeep. Hence I won’t be buying another.

I have been waiting for a part to come into a supposedly Jeep approved garage Stoneacre Liverpool for 12 weeks and still no part, contacted Jeep uk customer service in Albania? Who raise the complaint then get assigned a case manager ( in Italy) whom I’ve never spoken to and all you get is passed from pilar to post between CS case manager never responds and little response from Stoneacre, absolute joke, I can’t use my car for 10 weeks now as the MOT has expired and the part I needs conforms part of the MOT , so I’m paying finance via a third party finance company for a car I cannot use, yet they send me emails about getting a new Jeep compass! Err I don’t thinks so, NEVER BUY A JEEP
No test drive
I tried to take advantage of Jeep UK offer of a test drive, after six weeks, multiple attempts and lots of very professional apologies "will git'er done today" I have given up a bought a RAM, which is amazing. Thanks for the recommendation Jeep
Don't buy a Jeep.....ever!
Wish I had read all of these other reviews before getting my jeep renegade. Multiple issues, had to call aa several times within the first two years on brand new car. It then broke down in the middle of the motorway with my child in the car because of a fault in the air module. Jeep refused to pay for the repairs which came to £1700 because I reported a few days later, coincidently, just after my warranty expired. I was going through a misscarriage at the time hence the delay in my reporting. They were given this info- still refused. Also took 2 months ( while I was without a car) only to tell me they weren't going to cover it. In 17 years of driving and owning multiple cars, I've never experience or heard anything like this absolute shambles. DONT BUY A JEEP! Can't wait to get rid of it.

I would actually give less than 1 star if I could, this company treats their customers appallingly, I wouldn’t have another Jeep if they gave one to me.
Every time my car went into them it would come out with something else wrong which I’m certain they caused it just so they could charge me more. It got so bad I got rid of it. They had my car for 8 weeks and in that time apparently spent 15 hrs on it ? They had emptied my tank which had been 3/4 full and done 254 miles in it. Then had the bloody cheek to try and charge me almost £700.00. When I asked what was that for they said for a mirror sensor they had replaced , I refused to pay for that as they had not quoted me for it, they deducted that but still left me with £518.00 to pay. I would never ever recommend Jeep to anyone 😡😡😡
No Spares for Jeeps
The car went into a jeep dealership as went into Limp mode its a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, dealer phoned to say it was the Transfer case control module which is no longer supplied by jeep, and that I would have to try and find one myself I have been trying now for 2 weeks while my car sits at the dealership.I have phoned jeep customer service which is in Albania would you believe they were no help whatsoever the only place I can source this part is China and I have to wait 4-5 weeks for it to arrive,I will never buy another Jeep and I tell everybody don;t buy one.

Please, please, please don't buy a jeep renegade. I have a 2015 model.
A while back I paid out for a tyre sensor and I thought it was excessive at £200 plus, could only be fitted by Jeep dealership. Couldn't pass the mot without as management control light was on.
I then needed to have a cam belt fitted
as this needs fitting at either 60,000 miles or 4 years old, whichever comes soonest and was quoted by the Jeep garage £450.
Today was the biggest shock of all. My sunroof would not close and for a new cassette to make it work again, I was quoted £4000, making the car almost worthless if I want to sell it.
I can honestly say this has been my worst car experience ever.
Can't get warranty and roadsite assistance

My Wife and I bought a Jeep Renegade 2018 on the 6th of August 2022.
We have been told that the vehicle has one year Jeep warranty and + 3 years additional warranty which is a total for 4 years.
On 21st of August, the car broke down. We called Jeep for roadside assistance and they told us they couldn't find roadside assistance by coverage of Jeep and we have been told that we will get a phone call in the morning as it was around 2 AM.
We didn't get a phone call. We waited until Snows Jeep Southampton to be opened and asked them about our warranty coverage and requesting an assist. When we called them on Sunday Morning they told us that we need to call Spoticar for road assistance. The number they provide us isn't working. Jeep says we don't have road assistance and Spoticar's number is not working. Snows Jeep Southampton says Spoticar provides offical Jeep Warranty.
At the moment our car is on the road which is not in our allowed parking permit area. We couldn't get any assistance from Jeep or Spoticar and we are very disappointed. We had to leave the car and return to home on our own. The reason why we bought this car is we trusted to Jeep brand and warranty but we can't even get a roadside assistance. We are aware of we have right to return the car and this is the “short-term right to reject” rule under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will not hesitate to use our rights and also couldn't get the assist that we have been promised. We believe that we have been miss informed about the warranty as we can't get any help.

I bought a new Grand Cherokee in 2016 Nice car but now I need the satnav maps updating.I contacted customer services and they gave me a list of dealers that supposedly had the updates for it after contacting most of them non had the update.I then recontacted customer services again and they gave me 2 more dealers they said had it same outcome.I have now been told after over a year of phoning dealers and waiting for them to get back to me that there are no map updates for the head unit that it fitted to the vehicle.In this day and age when we all rely alot on our sat navs accuracy I find it bizarre that there is no update for it.Obviously they dont give a skoopy doo about aftersales customer satisfaction.

With so many people complaining its very obvious how shi*** this company is. Build Quality, Parts availability, specialist Technicians around is definitely worst.
Worst of all is their Customer Services which is based in Albania and they have no idea how things work in UK. I recently complained about one of their garage dealing and customer services girl was of no help instead she was persuading me that she has no authority and closed the case (after telling me that she will keep an eye on the case).
So I called again and the other guy was absolutely same and he even hanged up on me.
Jeep - don't waste your money
I bought a brand new Jeep Compass in May this year. There is a very wide, open gap at the front of the bonnet to aid cooling. Most other makes have some sort of grille here. A stone entered this area and damaged the transmission oil cooler. This caused £1500 of damage that had to be dealt with on my insurance. My car was off the road for 8 weeks. Jeep have made no apology and not responded to the fact that there is no mitigation to prevent this happening. Jeep Assistance were awful when we contacted them. Am selling the car after 6 months and buying a Lexus.

We have a 19 Plate Jeep Renegade and in its 2-year life, it has been off the road for (so far) 13 weeks in 3 sittings and has just gone in for its third sitting now... so let's assume that this will be another 5/6 weeks before we get it back hitting the 15/16 week OFF THE ROAD.
Each time customer services DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and you get passed from pillar to post.
You'd think that a car where you're paying £460 a month for you would get better customer care.... wrong.
The FCA (the bank they use) are just equally as bad.
We have a complaint with the following advice from a solicitor that under the Consumer Rights Act we have to give them the chance to put the product (car) right ONCE, not THREE TIMES.. The FCA is pursuing this as a Financial Company ie following the FOS rules, but we are complaining about the Product, and the FCA are the legal owners until you have paid for the car... Neither Jeep nor the FCA care, all they want is your hard-earned cash going down the drain whilst it's off the road at a dealership getting fixed, and you in a basic Corsa which you can get for £169.00 per month... Great comparison!

Corroding bonnet on 4 year old Cherokee
The bonnet is corroding down both sides on my 18k mile 4.5 year old Cherokee KL with a full Jeep main dealer service history. This is clearly a manufacturing defect caused by poor finishing in the seal between the two skins of the aluminum bonnet. The car has a 7 year corrosion warranty and it clearly needs a new bonnet. However, Jeep expect me to send it to their body shop, have it ground back and only then will they decide if they want to honour the warranty. If they don't I am left with a car sitting in there with the paint ground back that they expect me to pay to repair (and its only going to happen again down the line). A new bonnet will cost me the best part of two grand. The dealer tells me they have a 3 and half year old Grand Cherokee in with the same issue that Jeep are currently refusing to pay for. It's been in there for 6 weeks so far. What a joke of a company. There is a TSB on this issue from FCA on this exact issue and if affects every current Jeep. Currently these guys are making a well known Irish airlines customer services look good in comparison.
